VynStack ‑ Stock Warden

Merchants often forget to uncheck the restock box during refunds, which silently returns sold-out or returned items to available inventory. This causes overselling, false back-in-stock alerts, and customer complaints. Stock Warden watches every refund and automatically corrects these unintended restocks, usually within seconds. It works in the background with no manual steps. Set product, collection, and custom rules to control exactly what gets corrected across all your locations.
