Customer service gets a full 100 stars from us. We ran into some tricky issues that Shopify wouldn’t even touch, but the Spocket team explained everything clearly in plain English and helped fix them incredibly fast. We also absolutely love their product selection — it’s a huge step up from AliExpress and perfect for our store.
Don't do it. Way overpriced and you cant do anything without subscribing, and I was overcharged. Shopify also tells you that if you uninstall an app you will stop being charged for it, but I've now been charged over $250 for apps I didn't even use and uninstalled, and im not happy about it. I think im done using apps for good because they seem to be predatory
Just starting using this app. Looking good so far. Love being able to brand and having faster shipping times.

Unfortunately, my experience as a supplier was extremely poor. You should be fully aware of what you’re getting into here. Orders were canceled during the ordering process even though the merchandise was in stock. In total, my cancellations amounted to over $24,000. Customers and retailers asked about the merchandise, shipping status, and refunds—but support provided no clear answers. This isn’t just a minor technical issue; it affects payouts, fulfillment, communication, order status, and trust in the entire supply chain. I had listed over 5,000 products, had genuine inquiries from retailers, and active orders. Yet much remained unclear: whether customers got their money back, whether the merchandise was shipped correctly, why orders were canceled, and when pending payouts would be processed. The support seems to consist of automated responses. Time and again, I’m told that the issue has been escalated, but I haven’t seen any real solutions or clear accountability. For me, this is the worst service I’ve used in this field. top tier! excellent service. i love what they do and how they do it. great selection of products at fair prices, great shipping prices as well.
I am some what new at this. I have look at different supplier's to see what they offer and they all got something but then when a customer buys and then they find out they won't get their item until 2 to 3 weeks later they are not happy. So I will try Spocket to see if they really ship in a couple of days.
Though I haven't used their service to add promotes into my store yet but the support is super wonderful. Especially Leah, whom I have taken as a personal support agent. She is always checking up on me to find out if everything is going on fine.
SCAM Extremely bad. their support is ubsolutely terrible, they dont even know what to do,they dont know their job,they dont know how to deal with issues. they read the messeges and they dont reply for ours or even days! i ordered a product from a supplier named ''jasper'' and is been a month and he hasn't delivered it yet. support from jasper dont refund me and they also dont know what to do because the supplier doesnt answer to them! Spoket you are a SCAM!

I’ve been using Spocket for my online shop, and it has simplified product sourcing. The niche selection—especially in the pet category—is impressive.

I’ve been scammed. They charged me $39.99 every month without my authorization, and there’s no way to cancel. There’s no cancelation button, and when you try to use the chat dashboard, they ask you to upgrade for $59 to contact support. It’s just a way to scam you. Be aware and don’t use this scammer.
The process is easy!
This app opens up opportunities. The support staff is very responsive. I had several concerns when starting to use the app and they were addressed right away. It's important to reach out to Etsy sellers first I believe before you start dropshipping their stuff but this is a really great way to connect and fulfill orders. Thanks Socket team!
