I had a very positive experience with the girls (Karina, Nina, and Tetiana.) The response from them was always very fast, and everything was explained clearly in English. Communication was friendly, professional, and very pleasant. I will definitely continue using this app for other products in my store. Thank you very much for the great support!:)
Kateryna helped us get back up and running with all our active products after a theme update had disabled the app. Very quick turn around & very communicative.
Beware, uninstall the app they will WIPE all your 360 spin data rendering months of work useless. We won't be back and will be asking Shopify for a full refund as they offered no support to resolve just excuses.
Have only been trialling this app but so far it has been a great experience and the customer service has been excellent. Will be looking into the paid subscriptions soon!
