Great support and quick response. They changed everything and made sure it was working . Didn't know anything about css and how to customise it to the look i wanted, so i asked and they fixed it for me.
Rohit helps me a lot, included the redesign what i like and the position of the section. and they response very quickly
So far, this app is very basic. I have two big problems. The first problem is that I have the ability to configure add-ons on each product or collection, which adding them within each collection speeds up the configuration process for us tremendously. However, I can only configure a discount for add-ons added only on individual products, not collections. The second problem is there is no way to see how this app performs or what revenue is attributed to the efforts of this app. Some apps will show attributed revenue in Shopify sales channels reports while others might show reporting within their app. This app does neither. I'd be happy to change my review if these features are implemented. Until then, it's not worth the money we pay for this.
A very pleasant experience with the app and the technical team as well. They resolve any request very quickly, and so far, they have fulfilled every request I’ve had to modify or adjust the app. I recommend them.
Great app. Easy to set up and looks great on our store. I searched extensively for a suitable product add-on app and without a doubt I have made the right choice here. Product Addons is a must-have app for any ecommerce store. It gives the store the capability to upsell and cross sell related products to potential buyers even before they checkout resulting in higher revenue. Apps are only as strong as the support they can provide. I've had this app on my eye to install, and after searching through the entire product addon market, I decided on them (out of a tough 3 choices). Once installed, their support team responded immediately and were amazing with their help!

Terrific app! We wanted a way to feature very specific hand-picked related items on some of our product pages. Tried a couple of similar apps - but the Spice Gems Product Addons app is perfect. Plus their support team even tweaked the CSS to match our theme. We're blown away. Great app and excellent support. The Spice Gems app is a "GEM".
My favourite app on shopify by a long way. Makes life so easy for us and our customers to choose and add products. Also they have added a menu to the cart page now which is fantastic. The support is unreal, best support you will experience 100%. These guys customised the app for me 3 or 4 times and went out of their way to ensure I was 100% happy. Thank you so much. Installed app on both of our websites. I will be a customer for life.

This app deserves a 7 out of 5. Truly one of the very best apps I've encountered. It almost perfectly solves the Shopify 100-variant limit in the right way, without resorting to virtual products. Now, we can properly load our inventory, GTIN's, and more. Shipra has been extremely helpful and communicative. I can't say enough about how fantastic SpiceGems is. This app is a genuine bargain considering the capabilities it provides. The one thing I would like to see in the future is to integrate into the Shopify interface rather than opening in a new window, but this is really just being nitpicky.

We have a few add-ons for our main product but didn't want to use any bundling apps or change our shipping tool's integration behavior. I found EPA and set everything up the way I want it in just a few minutes. Really nice that you can override text labels, CSS, JS, etc. The various themes and store showcase helped a lot. I barely did any work, and now we're all set! Thanks team, great product.
No other "add-ons" app comes close to this one. Additionally we reached out for a customization and Spice Gems team delivered it correctly and quickly. We now have a "view more/view less" buttons in our very long lists of add-ons, which is exactly what we wanted.
