great app and great support

This is still new to me. I'm not done with the free trial. However, so far it has been a good experience. Easy set up. SparkLayer did most of it automatically. I downloaded "Catalogues" so that I could label which products would be available for wholesale purchase. Some of the details were tedious, but that is expected. Help was good. The onboarding call was helpful and clearly explained. The AI help was helpful as well. I like to figure out the navigation of new programs, but this was a little different. Very easy once I asked for help though! I got my first order within a day of sharing the link with a potential customer! They were pleased with the portal as well.

Fantastic solution for managing B2B sales on Shopify. The platform is powerful, flexible, and well documented. What really stands out is the support team. A big thanks to Ben, Aldas, and the entire team for their patience, responsiveness, and dedication in helping us troubleshoot a tricky translation issue. We are not live yet, but so far, the support has been excellent. The team is very responsive, which has not always been our experience with other apps. We chose SparkLayer because we are looking to replace several apps that have not been working properly for our B2B needs. Shopify’s native B2B capabilities still have some important limitations, and in our experience, the overall setup can quickly become quite fragmented. SparkLayer has already helped us address some of these challenges. It’s true that it doesn’t cover every single B2B requirement we have, but it provides a strong approach to solving many of the issues we were facing. What is particularly encouraging is that the product is continuously improving. Since we started this journey, I have already seen two major improvements to the platform. To be completely honest, our initial experience with the sales team was not particularly positive. However, once I decided to reach out to the support team directly, the experience improved significantly. The support team has been responsive, helpful, and much more aligned with what we needed. SparkLayer is not the cheapest option, but I think the real question is how much revenue you may be losing because of a poor customer experience on your website. Before choosing SparkLayer, we conducted user experience research and received very negative feedback from our customers, particularly around the B2B buying experience. We are hoping that SparkLayer will help us address these issues and create a much smoother experience for our customers. So far, we are happy with the direction and, most importantly, with the pace at which the product is evolving.

We’ve been using SparkLayer for our B2B Shopify store and overall we’re really happy with it. Our setup is not always straightforward, with different customer groups, pricing rules, pack sizes, minimum order values and some specific cases like pre-orders. We've been able to handle all these different situations either with the built-in functions or custom-created functions generated via Sparklayer Core Script. The documentation is extremely clear and precise and if we can't find what we want, the support agent is working really nicely. And after a long exchange or an unsuccesful one, the team usually reach out to us within 24 hours. Whenever we’ve had a more unusual requirement or hit a limitation, they’ve always taken the time to understand what we were trying to achieve and help us find a solution or a practical workaround. We’ve had questions around things like customer-specific pack sizes, order restrictions, pre-orders and account behaviour, and the support has always been responsive and helpful. Overall, SparkLayer has been a very solid solution for our B2B store, especially because of the flexibility of the platform and the quality of their team.

Amazing solution for adding wholesale capabilities to a regular Shopify account! It does take some effort to get set up, but their process is streamlined and support is excellent. Far beyond other apps we vetted. My ONLY wish is that we had access to process orders as sales reps from the beginning with the starting plan. Some of the settings for shipping charges could be more dynamic but I'm sure they are working on that, as they seem quite proactive in their product support. All in all an excellent, cohesive solution for adding wholesale functionality without needing a separate website. Definitely worth the effort to set up because of extra features being built in, like tiered pricing by customer category, integrated signup page, and a lot more. Highly recommend!

Before finding SparkLayer, I went through almost all the other apps with B2B solutions, but they were either lacking features or the backend was too complicated. I am glad to have discovered this app because not only does it cover all the features we need for our store, it also has a great backend for setup and settings. To top it off, the customer service is top-notch as they helped me out very quickly several times during the setup process. I am happy to make a recommendation – thanks to the whole team, from devs to support staff! Edit: I almost forgot about the extensive help guide library, which is unlike anything I've seen on a Shopify app before. And if you can't figure out how to do something despite this, there's always support waiting to help you. But I'm repeating myself... In a nutshell: This app is amazing. :)

It took me a while to decide which B2B wholesale app to select but I'm so glad I picked this one! The app is very well made and the service is incredible, you feel like you have your own IT team behind you! If you're looking to build a solid B2B portal, this is the app you need !!

Great features to have, customer services are excellent! When I have any issues, I just left them a message, then found it's solved the second day. Wonderful people and wonderful tech.

Great application , probably the best out there right now. The problem is with their costumer service and support , very disrespectful , logging out in the middle of the conversation you had with them , replying after 4 days , some of my tickets were never replied and my problems have yet to be fixed - not the best experience .

The best option if you don't want to buy shopify plus. Very good help and a very good ai help robot. Thank you so much for this app!

The app is sooooo complicated. You have to upload pricing via a CSV file. Customer support only available mon-friday. I do not recommend!

Our team cannot express how incredible the SparkLayer team is with words. They exceeded every expectation in regard to customer service and implementation assistance. The app itself is very intuitive and thoroughly documented. It's possible to install this entirely on your own but we highly recommend allowing the SparkLayer team to assist you. The app has limitations imposed by Shopify API and SparkLayer is up front about these and provides you with options to work around these limitations with the use of other apps. We highly recommend this App and the team behind it!

the app had a rather significant flaw: it didn't include any fields for entering tax data (Id tax, Vat number, etc.) to issue the invoice. I received fast and decisive assistance and they entered these fields in the checkout form: well done!
