Currently I have been working with Sourcinbox. So far the customer service support and help is excellent. My customer manager is Luna and she helps me as it should be whenever I need assistance. Thank you for your precious guidance and the efforts you provide everyday.
Great service - everything was handled quickly and efficiently. That's how it should be.
You’re a truly terrible app that doesn’t work at all with Shopify. After multiple attempts, there’s been no follow-up and no solution. I absolutely do not recommend you.
Finde den Händler Ashley sehr gut sehr hilfsbereit
I've had a great experience with SourcinBox. The platform is easy to use, and the sourcing process has been smooth and efficient. It has made finding products and managing suppliers much more convenient, which is very helpful for my business. I would also like to give special thanks to my agent, Zin. She has been incredibly kind, professional, and responsive from the very beginning. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, she replies quickly and always does her best to help. Her patience, attention to detail, and dedication have made working with SourcinBox a truly positive experience. I highly recommend SourcinBox, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Zin. Thank you for the excellent service!
SourcingBox has been an excellent partner for my Shopify business, and a huge part of that is my sourcing agent, Celia. I have been working with her for a while, and she is truly amazing—professional, patient, reliable and always ready to help. She makes product sourcing and order management much easier and always does her best to find a solution. I genuinely appreciate her support and highly recommend SourcingBox, especially Celia!
Highly recommended! The app is very easy to use and the support teams respond so quickly. What I most recommend is definitely their fast delivery service. They have almost everything you need for dropshipping fulfillment.
They did an amazing job for my small business. The integration with my store works smoothly and I'm fulfilling my orders in a much more efficient way with the app.
I signed up SourcinBox for free and got fast responses from customer support. The products are cheap and the shipping is fast. To be honest, SourcinBox is even better than some paid apps I have used before.
I recommend this ap, the 1 to 1 support is very clear and straight forward. My sourcing agent is vey helpful and pro-active. Yviette (tzqr) Is very helpful when finding the right product sourcing, honest and direct. This means any transaction is efficient and effective.
Sourceinbox is the best, helpful and always fixes problems when they occure. I want to give out a special thanks to Cheng, for helping with all my problems we come across.
Been working with Yijun Yang from Sourcinbox for about 2 years now, great service and always ready to help even through our timezone differences. I recommend! Doleda
Great service
The fact that I discovered Sourcinbox is probably the best thing that could have happened to me. You will get a personal manager that will help you with everything and, of course, source for you everything. The advantage of having your own manager is that she knows your store and system exactly and knows what to do and what quality to source for you. Prices of products are really low, some products are even half cheaper than they are on Aliexpress. Another big advantage is that you can choose from about 20 delivery options with different prices. To Europe, I recommend choosing CNE Express (ECO) where the delivery time is within 10 days to most EU countries and price is really low. To USA, you can choose USPS, where shipments are delivered in just 5 days which I have not seen anywhere in the competition. Of course, Sourcinbox also have one really small disadvantage. The processing time is sometimes longer than 5 days, but this happens very rarely (It happened to me very often on cjdropshipping). Before Sourcinbox I used Cj Dropshipping with which I was very dissatisfied with. After I discovered Sourcinbox, my business and sales grew a lot and I really want to thank my manager Yviette for everything. I recommend her to everyone, she is very nice and will always do her best - her manager code is "tzqr". Thank you once again Sourcinbox!

Recently started. My agent has helped me setup and teach me how Sourcinbox works with efficiency. Reacts to all my messages, questions and demands without hesitation.
I’m really impressed with SourcinBox! The platform is easy to use, very reliable, and makes managing my dropshipping business so much easier. What makes it even better is the excellent support I receive — especially from my manager, who is always professional, kind, and quick to respond. She’s truly amazing and has helped me a lot along the way. I highly recommend SourcinBox to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient dropshipping partner!
