SoldLive: FB + IG Live Sales

This is the third or forth app I have used from this company and it does not disappoint. Finally a way for customers to quickly purchase an item from Facebook that works seemlessly with Shopify. I love how you do not need to do any other steps and there are no accounts to set up etc for the customers. Just a simple BUY ___ and it sends them a message! 100000% recommend.

I’ve only been using this app a short while but it’s soooo easy!! The support is amazing and everything syncs with Shopify! From the sizes, color, everything! Literally you just have to post in the tagged section and customers are ready to shop! I’m very happy I found this app!

This app is becoming a game changer for me. Along with Shopify the integration of this app is helping us add sales and cut down on invoicing manually. It is saving me HOURS of time. We use it for our daily product drops on Facebook and during our FBLive sales. It's so easy and Joe is amazing to work with. I'm telling you it is a GAME CHANGER!!!

I love this app! I was looking for a live selling app that would integrate with shopify but not break the bank! This is the easiest thing to use & I've had no problems so far! Highly recommend! Not having to invoice after a live sale saves so much time!

So 1st of all...I literally was about to start selling using a different service that shall remain nameless but wanted 5% of my total sales in addition to the monthly fee. It took me HOURS to set that thing up and it was going to be EXTREMELY challenging to use with a heck of a lot of prep work. I'm a mother of 5...time is something I don't have. AND THEN I FOUND THIS APP! #GameChanger !!! So simple! So easy! So efficient! This is ABSOLUTELY the way to go! Not to mention the OUTSTANDING support! Every question (and there were lots), every concern was answered promptly. I am so grateful for this amazing tool! I was able to show/sell more jewelry & interact with my customers more than ever. Save more time & make more money. My customers are extremely pleased as well. No more waiting for an invoice. The process was seamless! I highly recommend this app!

I LOVE this system. It is not cumbersome or complicated as some alternatives are; no synching inventory or having to deal with accounting/money in several places. Way easier for customers too!! I love that it keeps customers on my site and they don't have to agree to anything or sign up or anything like that. They are used to the ShopPay and checking out on my site, and this allows them to continue to do that. I have a brick and mortar too and this allows all my inventory to seamlessley synch, all my customer/income data to be in one place and that is just a beautiful thing! This is just so simple I'm excited to have found you. I look forward to the features coming!

Joe & the Comment Selling team is amazing! The most excellent customer service. Always prompt in helping resolve any questions or answers, and checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly. The app itself is fantastic! Very streamline, easy to use for both the retailer and the customer, which allows more interaction with your customers. Saves a massive amount of time invoicing, and keeps inventory counts up to date. The new live overlay for selling is another amazing feature that keeps the online/live shopping experience fun and simple!

I have been using Comment Sold and giving a try to SoldLIve because Joe has been resolving all doubts and issues all the time. The app is really easy to use and with the new features that they have developed, we will be able to send a notification to all our subscribers every time that we go live, like we used to do with comment sold. I haven't used it yet, but I will come back with an update soon.

We have used SoldLive for a while now and we love (as do our customers) that you don’t have to make a separate account. Everything comes straight to your messenger which makes it so easy! Any time we have an issue, Joe jump right onto a zoom call with us to trouble shoot! The overlay feature has been a game changer for us as we don’t have to repeat the “number” for people to claim

I never go live, as in absolutely NEVER. But that's the best part about this app. I use it in my VIP group for destashes, VIP only items, etc so that I don't have to manually invoice anything. It's amazing and Joe is always there to help almost immediately. He is willing to research and customize features as well. He's always looking to improve the system and resolve any issues.

I love this app and what it provides. It makes owning a business easier by giving you an automation that is easy to use. It makes navigating social media a snap because I do Not have to actually post and invoice daily. Sold live does it all for me!

I'm not a "review-writer". I should be, but honestly running a business is busy work and I don't take the time like I should. That said, I wanted to share my experience with Joe & the SoldLive app because of the valuable impact it has had on our business. We have a unique selling model with a network of affiliates across the US. This is the only social media live selling app that has successfully met our needs and worked with our other systems (shopify, commission apps, etc.) how we need it to. This is in large part to the hard work and extra time that Joe has dedicated to help us tweak it to our very particular specs. Not to mention the many built-in features that allow for lots of options. I am incredibly appreciative of the time he takes to help us and his willingness to always hop on a call and flush through our issues or needs in record time. He is creative and always thinking about what's next. I love how this app has helped up to grow our business and am excited for all of the potential it has. Our customers of all ages are able to understand and utilize the comment-selling features with ease. They are also always working to add new features or benefits. I really enjoy using SOLD Live. At first it was a bit confusing trying to understand how to get my customers to subscribe but once I got that done it was pretty easy. It makes my LIVE SELL events much more easier.

I love this app! The automatic daily posting of products is a huge time saver for me and going live is so easy! Hardly any customer support. No one to speak with on the phone. We had to piece together how it works. No tutorials to explain layovers. We did a live with what we taught ourselves and the products were not changing on Facebook when we would hit next on the laptop. We are not even sure if we are doing it correctly since the customer support we receive is "send a screenshot". Some things can't be fixed with a "screen shot" and a phone conversation would go a long way. When we first installed app we were offered a zoom call with the founder. We didn't schedule one immediately, and now we are one month in & all we are getting is email support hours or even days after you contact. I absolutely love this app for my website and fb!! I used to have commentsold and an app, and it was a waste because my customers would always come to my website but not utilize my app. So I canceled and came to soldlive and it has been a game changer! It is so much more user friendly as well. My customers love the ease of checking out and they can subscribe to my notifications through their messenger! I’m in love!! This app has transformed our LIVEs! It has helped streamline our backend operations and sales. No more trying to figure out who wants what and no more manual invoicing. This ap makes selling on Facebook easy. I use to take hours after every sale and read through the comments to create invoices, now items go directly into the customers cart. My customers (mostly 55+) find it easy to use as well.
