Have uninstalled the app. They create a credit line in your Whatsapp Account in your Meta Account for your business portfolio and it would refuse to be removed and the support is next to pathetic. They literally want you to stick around them. Meta could even sometime restrict your facebook account. So better be careful. Update 05-10-2026 Someone from convertway reached through whatsapp and aftyer I escalated the issue he vanished ...

Very easy to install and configure. It has been a smooth onboarding experience. The team has been supportive, and helpful throughout the process. Really appreciate the prompt assistance and guidance provided. The SMS service is pretty quick which makes our customers happy.

Its a very good app for sending abandoned cart notifications and order notifications.. price is fair enough. Sms to india should be slightly lower price.. but overall the app is fantastic.

This app has helped me to send order messages to customers and also recover abandoned cart. It is easy to use and you can choose your own template and shipping Id.

Last 1-2 months, our Admin number has stopped receiving messages. This was an indication that our customers are receiving messages without issue. But the credits are being deducted. I sent an email, no response from Support. Poor Support. **************** I am using this App for my newly launched store. Have bought few messages. It is not sending messages for Order Creation and Order Fulfillment eventhough I have enabled them. But the amount is getting deducted for last 2 days. Update ******** This problem was rectified by the support team. Now it is working fine. It would be better if there is an option to send personalised messages to a specific customer or any Tag based customisation.

Application not operational at all, I want a refund of $ 30, none of my clients have received order confirmation sms, or any other. I send emails to support and nobody answered me! I require a full refund of payment for SMS. Scam!

Pure SCAM and waist of Time & money I pay +60$ better use Klavyio it's 1000 times better, this application not work at all, have try to contact support multiple times and they promise to fix those bugs, CAN NOT even sent TEST SMS to myself, Extremely suspicious results of Delivery for SMS.

Dont trust this company and install this app. Once you have installed then they will start charging even you dint use their app. Their https://www.theconvertway.com/ chat person not replying to refund the wrongly charged subscription. Their sales persons not attending the calls. So be aware and dont install their app. This is pakka cheating company.
