Smart Wishlist

I recently integrated the Smart Wishlist app into my Shopify store and found its functionality quite impressive. The features are robust and add value to the user experience. However, I've encountered a persistent issue regarding customizing the padding of the Wishlist button within the app. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts to resolve this, the response time from the support team, particularly from Roy, has been slower than expected. Regrettably, it has been over 3 weeks now, and the problem remains unresolved, which is impacting the functionality I aim to offer on my store. While the app itself is good, the delayed resolution of this issue has been disappointing. I hope the support team can expedite their response and address this matter promptly.

This app was simple to install, and easy to use. It looks nice, too. However, we had some issues with functionality, and reached out to the developers for help multiple times, with no response. Our issue was pretty time sensitive to us, because we were running a promotion that involved the wishlist feature, so the lack of a response from them was a huge turn off. We'll be uninstalling due to the problem with the functionality that still hasn't been addressed (as far as I know), and the lack of professional communication.

The app works, unfortunately the support has not been available for months and does not respond to emails or the contact form! Update: The support has now contacted and solved the Problem, Thank you!

Although it works, their customer service seldom answers my email. If you need to make a custom wishlist page, it may be hard to find someone to answer your questions or fix your problems.

Can a developer remove this wishlist code from my website? I uninstalled but i can still see the wishlist but its just broken Update: I had to hire a developer to remove the stubborn code off my website costing me money.

I tried a few different wish list apps before finding this one. I can honestly say this app has everything I was looking for! The ability to have a wish list that doesn't require the customer to log in is essential in my opinion! The customer service is top of the line. I added this app late into a Saturday evening and requested for them to set it up for me. Within a couple of hours it was up and running! They even customized it to match my theme. The next day, Sunday, I requested a modification and it was done immediately. I am rating this app five stars for being an outstanding app and also for the excellent customer service. Thank you!

Of all the wishlist apps out there, I decided to go with this one for a few reasons. 1) the look and feel 2) the wishlist page 3) the wishlist icon could be displayed on collection pages 4) don't require customers to register to save their wishlist. I tried to install the app myself, but decided it would be better to request their free installation. Abhishek was quick to reply and had it by the next day. I had another minor change with spacing and again Abhishek was quick to get it done. It's only been a few days since I installed the app, but so far so good. Best Shopify App Support i have experienced! Abhishek their support guy set it up for me and tested it through and gave me an update. Then i had a few requests on how to make it look the best in my store - 15 minutes later he had configured it to my store's needs! Deserves more than 5 stars ;-)

This app is incredible. And the customer service is unparalleled the founder is available at all hours and goes above and beyond to help. He is one of the most skilled coders I have come across out of all of the apps we have ever installed. Not only that but he has helped us find and fix other unrelated errors on our store. The app is perfect and has lots of features. The support is incredible and has gone way beyond my expectations. Nothing has been too small or large to action. They worked to fully integrate the app into my theme - and it looks and works flawlessly. I highly recommend this app.

It is a very good idea, but the program works slowly, loads slowly, there is no sending of messages to the customer, unfortunately, but disappointed.

I am changing my review because the support is kind and helpful. The app has still some problem in the dashboard, but they say they will fix it. Anyway most function is now working

So far I've had a great experience with this app. The service is top notch! I had questions about the app before I tested it that were immediately answered. After install, I had an issue with icons not displaying on my website & Abhishek quickly addressed the issue. His solution was actually a huge improvement to my website & I appreciate his extra effort. It was above & beyond what I expected. Also, the wishlist app is much more flexible than another wishlist app I tested. It's easy to customize colors & text & it matches my website perfectly. It's an added bonus that customers don't need an account to use it, so I think that will encourage more people to use the wishlist.

I am thrilled with the wish list and the quick support. The little heart is large enough to see and small enough so no one has to worry about page load. So far, I have been extremely pleased with this app, it is inexpensive, it works fast, people are putting a wish list together already and the customer service really rocks, I let them do all the setup, because I can't do it very well and they did an excellent job within 2 business days, it was all set up just have to be a little patient at first. And a follow up... when a setting on my computer messed me up they spent over an hour on my computer remotely and finally found the issue and fixed it. You guys rock !!!
