Verify COD orders via WhatsApp before you fulfill.

Introduction

Verify COD orders on WhatsApp before you ship. Reduce fake orders and wasted delivery costs.

Details

Many merchants fulfill COD orders before buyers commit, wasting effort on orders that cancel or go uncollected. When a COD order is created, the app sends WhatsApp asking the customer to confirm. No need to call each customer yourself. You ship after they reply, not when the order arrives. Orders stay tagged until confirmed so you can see what still needs action.
