I tested a few apps and settled on Jotly as it has the flexibility we need to run very unique size guides that are not just standard templates. The form / size builder is great. It's simple and most importantly works perfectly for our customers and looks great too. Super helpful support, they helped with a unique button placement on the product page. Highly recommend.

The app is great, easy to set up and works perfectly. BUT the most incredible part was the tech support — they were AWESOME ! the moment i installed the app the team said hi via chat and asked if they could be of service; already that was great but they went beyond even more... i have no idea how to code, so they helped me to quickly adjust any tweaks i wanted for the layout, and even went so far as to help to write custom script to have the interface button integrate totally with the look of my theme ! it looks and works exactly how i imagined it to be, and all managed in less than 15 minutes ! honestly, i'm super impressed ! thanks guys !

The customer service was great as well they sent video tutorials explaining how I can do a certain thing to my chart and offered to help with it personally if needed amongst other general kindness. Also a super good size chart platform with a lot of options and easy to use.

Installed 3 apps to compare as have quite complex kids clothing size charts. Jotly stood out very quickly as the best one. Really easy to build tailor made charts and the support and videos were excellent, meaning I could get set up straight away. Clean design and works perfectly on mobile view too.
