Simple Affiliate

The app is too basic for an Affiliate app and not enough features to grow a good, robust affiliate program. They also just increased their fee structure with a double percentage. We had just signed on and then received their email of the increased charges. That was enough to make us search for another affiliate program. They do offer responsive customer service, which we liked. But, other than that, no. We didn't see any affiliate sales during the month using them, and, I think, based on other platforms out there, it is likely because the platform is just too basic. Simple is good, but, sometimes simple can be too simple.

We recently decided to integrate the Simple Affiliate app for our recently launched brand (after experiencing its efficiency with several of our other brands). However, during the configuration process, we encountered a few technical hiccups that needed immediate attention. Sebastian and his team were incredibly swift in addressing our concerns! It felt like fixing an issue on auto-pilot with their prompt assistance. Sebastian's professionalism and efficiency made the entire process seamless. Thanks to him and his team, our experience with Simple Affiliate has been nothing short of outstanding. We're off to a strong start, thanks to their exceptional customer service! Highly recommended.

I've been using Simple Affiliate for a few months now and I really like it so far. It's easy to set up and has all the features you need to run an affiliate program. The ability to autopay affiliates directly into their bank accounts is a huge plus. Also, the support team is super responsive and helpful.

Although the app offers a solid basis for an affiliate program, the fees and the overview of the app are totally confusing. Increased fees, monthly basic fees for features that are much more sophisticated in other apps. I also recommend integrating discount codes and more.

I was having problems getting my affiliates paid, Sebastian was my chat contact. It was, of course, user error. Sebastian walked me through everything within 5 minutes. I told him he was a "friggin' rock star!" I am very happy with the app now that I really do see how simple it is to pay your affiliates. Sebastian deserves a raise. Thanks for the help. Michelle

This app was just what we needed :) Customisable which is great and the customer service is spot on. If ever a problem or question quick message on the chat and its resolved. 100% recommend.

Their customer service is insanely good. They go in and adjust things for you for theme updates and provide the code for you when having issues with CSS. By far the best affiliate customer service experience we've ever had with a business

We’ve been really impressed with Simple Affiliate, but the support in particular has been outstanding. Milos has gone above and beyond to help us get everything set up correctly for a slightly more complex referral partnership. He’s been incredibly responsive, patient and thorough, taking the time to investigate things properly and help us work through the setup rather than just sending generic support responses. It makes such a difference knowing there’s genuinely helpful support behind an app, especially when you’re trying to configure something outside of a very basic affiliate setup. A huge thank you to Milos for all his help, genuinely some of the best app support we’ve experienced on Shopify. Highly recommended.

Overall, I enjoy using the app and find it very helpful. One feature I would really love to see is the ability to set different commission tiers by SKU, which would make affiliate management much more flexible. It would also be great to have integrated PayPal payouts to simplify and automate the payment process for affiliates.

Everything has worked really well so far. Not great if you primarily work on mobile as the mobile dashboard doesn't seem to function very well. And the cost seems a bit excessive for the couple issues but overall still happy with the app

One of the things we really like is the customer service, they are very responsive, quick to reply, and helpful whenever we have questions or face any issues. The app is also quite flexible and it provides multiple payout options. Overall, it has been a convenient solution for managing our affiliate program, and the support team makes the experience even better
