The bridge between your store and TikTok Shop — sync both way
Introduction
Run and manage TikTok Shop from one hub. Everything synced, both ways — automatically.
Details
Lightning connector (formerly Silk Connector) keeps catalog, orders, fulfillment and statuses in sync between TikTok Shop and Shopify — both ways, automatically, across every region you sell (US + 13 EU markets). Set TikTok Shop titles, images and pricing independently of Shopify. Every order lands ready to fulfill; returns sync through Loop. 16 independent monitors alert before a problem becomes a lost sale, backed by a real support team with published SLAs and guided onboarding.
