Reliable supplier for dropshipping, with one thing to watch I have been sourcing through SIHI for several months and overall the experience has been good. Pricing is competitive, the product range is wide, and communication is genuinely responsive — my contact replies quickly and in my own language, which makes a real difference when you are handling customer service on the other end. Fulfilment is solid for the large majority of orders. Most of my parcels reach customers in around two weeks, which is reasonable for international shipping at this price point. The one area I would like to see improved is collection. Occasionally an order gets a tracking label but is not actually picked up by the carrier for days or weeks, while the tracking sits at "information received". Because the order shows as fulfilled on my side, I only find out when the customer writes in — and by then the damage to that relationship is done. A simple alert when a label has not moved after a few days would solve this entirely. That aside, I plan to keep working with them. Good partner, fair prices, and a team that answers when you need them.

Very bad customer service. Nobody replies on their chat box. They just give you price quotes if you have minimum 5 open orders, but they take too much time to return with a quote. Not efficient for my business. They are Brazilian-based, so no English support.

Pior empresa de Fulfillment, impossível ter LTV com a SIHI. Pós vendas péssimos. Muita dor de cabeça e pedidos cancelados por conta da demora. Não recomendo!!! Usem a FFORDER, eles tem remessa conforme.

Sihi is the worst platform I’ve ever worked with. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone—they’re borderline scammers! They take forever to ship products. A friend of mine stocked up with them for Chinese New Year, and they didn’t send the products. Some of her orders were placed almost two months ago and still haven’t even left China. Nothing but headaches! In my case, I was at least lucky that I only placed a few orders with them. They promised delivery within a maximum of 18 days, but I had products that took almost 40 days to arrive. It often took more than 15 days just for the items to leave China. Whenever I followed up, they responded with generic, copy-paste messages full of excuses. And the same excuses they used with me were the exact same ones they gave to my friends at different times. I only gave them a 1-star rating because it’s impossible to give zero. There are much more reliable platforms out there than this garbage.

Scammers Stay away!!. They dont ship paid orders and give you fake delivery proofs without images. More than 5 customer complaint in 2 weeks span, that they receive delivery notification but no delevery attempt was made, two customer even provided a video proof from their CCTV and they still wont reund. I had some balance left in account when i decided not to use them anymore and ofcourse there is no way to get the money out from the platform. I dont know how shopify is allowing scammers on their app store. Additionally all the other one star reviews are true. Super slow delivery time(1-3 months), about 10% parcel doesnt get delivered(from my experience), Non existing refund policy as they avoid their own refund policy by handing you over a "PROOF OF DELEVERY" that just mentions time of delivery which is obviously false proven by my 2 of my customers cctv fotage. Takes forever to Quote and have to do multiple follow ups just to get a response from their team. After taking payment they come back to you after 3 weeks mentioning that te product is out of stock and they cant fulfill. Countless issues. Simplly STAY AWAY!!

I'd like to give negative stars if there's option, because they are absolutely fraud. When you try to add products to your store from their website, you have to wait for manual processing to add product details before you can add them to your store. Meanwhile, inventory information is completely opaque. I saw some comments pointing that they ship very slowly, and some orders weren't even fulfilled. Fortunately, due to the complexity of their website, I ultimately didn't choose to ship through their company. Afterwards, I asked customer service to delete my account and clear all my data. Their representatives verbally promised to do so, but they would NEVER delete that account. All my information remains in their backend, and I keep receiving their marketing messages, which I could not even unsubscribe! When I look at their reviews, I genuinely question how many of those positive reviews are even real, because the service I have experienced is nothing like what those reviews claim. This company is not only completely dishonest, but also extremely annoying! I will never recommend them to anyone. Just do everything you can to STAY AWAY from SIHI Dropshipping.

They are a bunch of scammers who will completely ruin your relationship with your customers. They send out really bad quality products, charge you way too much for them, and use shitty carriers just to maximize their own profits. To make matters worse, they will assign you a stupid assistant with no experience who ignores your questions and leaves you on "read" at the most critical times. They are just a middleman that will upcharge you 80% for goods while destroying your customer trust. We actually lost our Shopify account because of this. And don't expect them to refund you for their defective, cheap-quality products when you inevitably get hit with chargebacks. They are not professional at all—just a bunch of scammers. If you want your Shopify account to get closed down, go ahead and use them.

This is the best supplier out there—I want in too—and the service from our manager, Kayn, makes a huge difference.
