I have loved seeing this AI help our customers find products, understand more about a product and it helps us gather more info from a customer to allow us to quote them more easily for a custom item. Adding info to the knowledge base is great - I have told our AI to always ask a clients name and email - before providing an answer - This way we can always follow up with a client if we need to provide more information. I love where AI is taking Ecommerce - and this app is a no brainer for a quick win!

I really like this chatbot. It was very easy to train it on the content of our website, and I also appreciate the option to upload additional documents to expand its knowledge. The answers have been accurate and relevant, and overall it works very well for our needs. I’m very satisfied with it. Thank you!

Not bad. 99% of the time it provides a good answer. When a questionable response came up, I added the correct "knowledge" for it to reference the next time around. With the history of responses provided, one can monitor and add knowledge as needed.
