ShopGenie: AI Search & Support

Honestly didn't expect much since our catalog is pretty small, but ShopGenie's been more useful than I thought. The policy answers feature alone has cut down a good chunk of the "where's my order" and "what's your return policy" messages we used to get. Order tracking built in is a nice touch too. Easy setup, does what it says.

ShopGenie has made product discovery easier on my store. The AI search is simple to use, and customers can find what they need without searching for exact product names.
