They are not useful and even the support is not useful. They send invoice for some abrupt amount and you are expected to pay.

With the delivery date on product, seeing some improvements in add to cart, seems to be working well

Delivery date doesn't change regardless of what Pin code we put in which makes it a useless app. Also, making a subscription out of basic functionality is no use.

The application is not working, so I raised a ticket, but the Shiprocket Promise Team has not initiated a single mail or call, providing the worst support.

Much needed app for the accurate EDD

Useless. After installing the app every pincode is shown as 'pincode not serviceable'

Two stars detuct Bcz of advertising way of shiprocket. If I am paying for any app i would not show it on my site. i have installed almost 10 apps in my website if everyone will do advertising my site will looks cheap. this is the big reason i will delete this app after trial. One Star detuct 2 reasons getting worng infomation that i got 4 orders yesterday in my online orders but i did not have any single order on my site yesterday. i also dont know which customer getting which date and how i will complete my promise which is visible on my site (EG: if date of the delivery visible for visitor after 4 days. how i will know that my website shows delivery on that day. I contact shiprocket but they have no idea about it) Customer give us 1 star rating for uneducted courier partners. I have filled NDR and also conversation on conference call with customer. but still parcel not delivered. We get returns almost 25% 10 % customers which we understand. 15% returns bcz of shiprocket's poor system. In this way promise app will not work. Its just a fake promise to customers. We are going change our courier partners

fucking waste of time

Have been searching for an app/plugin which can help display EDD on my website. Had tried a few in the past but they were static EDDs. This one is amazing -- integrates with my shipping settings to calculate Real time EDD and show it my customers. Love to have an Amazon type experience live for my customers. Pros: - Easy Setup: Was able to have the app up and running in less than 2 minutes - Less cost: The charges right now are per order which works for me. As I have to pay only when I make some money - Ability to add Trust Badges - Along with EDD i could add Trust badges to highlight my brand Cons: - Limited dashboard capabilities. I feel they can add a lot more analytics around EDD

there is a bug in the app and it is not working. I am also trying to contact support from last 3 days, but no one replying to my mails.

Very Nice App! We really loved the feature of accurate calculations of EDD!

Initially we faced some technically glitches but shiprocket technical team was proactive in addressing our issues and resolving . Its a good app, very helpful

looks scam app, not activated still being charged as it is not supported by theme. never used and no one is helping.

Told them multiple times about various issues that this app is facing, still neither they reverted back nor they implemented any changes. Full of bugs and errors. Useless!

Pathetic experience with this app and support team. The app is no longer functional, yet customers are still being charged for it. Neither the Shiprocket team nor the Shopify team seemed aware that the app was not working anymore. We installed the app, found that it was non-functional, and uninstalled it the very same day without even using it once. Despite this, we were still charged. The most frustrating part is that the Shiprocket team took 7 days just to confirm that the app is no longer functional and suggested installing “Smart EDD” instead. If the app is discontinued or broken, why are users still being charged for it? This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional. Even after acknowledging the issue, they are refusing to refund the amount. Shameful and pathetic service. Please escalate this internally so that other users do not get fooled into paying for a non-working app.
