ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

Excellent app and the team is super responsive, especially Rahul who is always around and hands-on to help. Most importantly, they understand your business, make suggestions, and are happy to help with any customisation. This is the only date and time picker app on Shopify that works well in the open cart drawer! I have been trying several apps and this is a clear winner.

We have been using ShipX on multiple sites for while and have nothing but good things to say. It's customizable for all the shipping conditions we needed and the support has been very reliable. I was expecting an AI chat bot when I asked a question today and was quickly greeted by Raj who patiently worked with me to troubleshoot and figure out the source of my problem - which ended up not even being an app issue. I highly recommend this app and would gladly try other apps by this developer.

Amazing. Does what its says, well priced and great support. If you're a UK shop that required Scottish Highland separate rates then this is the app. VP was super responsive and extremely helpful, we used zip code based conditions to set the shipping rates.

VP was fabulous and patient setting up my Shipping profiles and scenarios. Great work and i think she should get a pay rise for her app knowledge. We used product tag based conditions to achieve the outcome.
