Shipduo Freight LTL Shipping

This app is unsupported. The app is failing to give a rate 30.5% of the time for us. When we reached out to support, they replied with a templated message saying that they would look into the issue and never did. It's been 2 months and we've followed up multiple times.

Critical bug and zero customer support! Read but completely ignored. The app has a major issue with multi-piece shipments. My order has 8 boxes, but the system only generated 1 label showing "1 of 1" in the top right corner. Shipping 8 boxes with a single "1 of 1" label is impossible and risks losing packages. To make things worse, I contacted their customer support via live chat to fix this, and they read my messages but completely ignored them. On top of that, the system doesn't even provide an option or button to cancel/refund the label so I can buy it elsewhere. Highly unprofessional for a business-critical shipping app. Avoid if you want reliable fulfillment!

ShipDuo was fantastic in providing a solution to a years-long headache in calculating shipping on our website. We ship both LTL and small package, so finding a solution that would integrate with Shopify and Shopify POS seamlessly while integrating many carriers was a necessity. We now have robust tracking for our customers, a complete sync between our POS and shipping platform, and are no longer using three different shipping platforms. We look to start ship on the US. This app makes it so easy. I can compare shipping rates with multiple carriers within 10 seconds directly from my orders section, and print labels directly from the carrier. also the rates are cheaper then other 3PL i checked. Also, the support is very responsive. truly recommend.
