Cannot say enough great things about the team at ShipNerd! Not only has the integration with ShipNerd saved us numerous hours on order fulfillment, but the savings on shipping are literally second to none. I'm not joking, you're wasting money by not having ShipNerd on your team! To take it a step further, they offer the best customer support we've seen in the shipping industry. Anytime we have any issues with a package they are happy to help, or sometimes will even reach out to us first if there any problems with customs/lost packages. I'm always happy to reach out to them via email/phone for support knowing they will take care of us. Finally, they actually listen to what you need! We are a 19+ business and requested if they would implement signature verification on delivery. Within no time at all, it was up and running. I have been working with Shipnerd for a number of years. Very easy to work with, support is amazing, nice, no nonsense staff. Pricing that blows other services out of the water and the quality of work is very high. The app is super easy and intuitive to use. Big thumbs up and i have been recommending Shipnerd ever since i started to work with them.

Random charges... additional shipping charges. (Got charged an additional $300 for a shipping label that I was charged roughly $110 the first time already) Yes you save a few dollars using this app but later on you get additional charges on shipments after looking through my account. Indicting weight or size of box are wrong. I have been shipping for over 5 years, and I always check my scales. I order my boxes from Uline and I purposely always leave the box size label outside so the carrier doesn't measure them. I have never dealt with this by using the Shopify shipping portal, which I will just continue using it. Not worth the headache.

Full integration with Shopify. The best part is the customer service, outstanding. That's what matters because you could find other options with similar features, but not with this customer service. Hopefully, growing won't make them lose that personal touch

We’re based in Vancouver, BC and were using ShipNerd only for shipments within Canada. To our US customers we shipped out Blaine, WA with FedEx. Until Steve pointed out that it could be cheaper to ship from Vancouver to anywhere in the US directly. It was hard to believe but – know what? – turned out that he was totally right! We’ve been saving bundles ever since. So, muchas gracias, Steve! You’re the best. On a scale from 1 to 10, you deserve 11 points!

Substantially better rates than we were able to get from our previous provider. The automatic fulfillment is very nice. The staff have also been excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and effective.

Shipping used to be time consuming but with this app, the address for your order is already pre populated, just input your box dimensions and hit print and your shipping! Excellent time saver and improves shipping address accuracy. ShipNerd rates are excellent and the customer support is second to none. If you have ever tried to get through to customer support with the big couriers you know how infuriating that can be. One quick email to our rep Steve and he is on it usually within minutes!

I ship packages everyday and I use ShipNerd for all my shipping labels. Not only do they have the best shipping rates that I've seen, they also have a great customer service team. Steve from ShipNerd has answered all my questions and even developed some code to automatically schedule a daily pick up with my courier. He also suggested me a thermal printer to easily put on the shipping labels. ShipNerd is the app you need if your business requires frequent shipping.

Easy to use, very straightforward & very prompt replies when issues need to be resolved! Addresses are automatically synced to orders! Pricing is VERY competitive, best we've seen yet. Would definitely recommend.

I have been using this app for the last six months. I can say that it offers all I expected and even exceeded my expectations. Preparing and printing shipping labels is super easy as it displays the full shipping address accurately after pasting the first line with the option to add or edit the address. The app posts Shopify orders automatically once order is made on shopify. I just need to co confirm and print the label. In case weight and dimensions of the parcel were not fed into shopify store it is one step to add them then print the label. I can say it is a smart app in terms of displaying the shipping address. Easy to use with no complications. App is always up and functioning superior to the softwares of Canada Post & UPS. I used the app for shipping within Canada & the U.S. and can say that rates are preferential. To get such preferential rates from Canada Post or UPS I would had to sign an agreement with minimum number of shipments as commitment. The beauty of this app is that preferential rates are made available without commitment. Recommended.
