**Poor Service & Lack of Customer Support** My experience with Shipmozo has been disappointing. The service quality is not up to the expected standard, and the support team is not responsive or effective in resolving issues. There is a serious lack of proper coordination and customer support, which can create operational problems and financial losses for businesses. If you are considering Shipmozo as your shipping partner, I would strongly recommend evaluating their service quality and support system carefully before making a decision. Overall, the service and support experience needs significant improvement.

Not at all recommended. Their ticket system is very poor. No proper customer support. Any Key account manager they will assign you will not solve your queries and issues for days and when you will ask for updates all you will get is an attitude. Not at all professional. Dashboard is clean and good but do not expect them to solve any of your issues. NDR system is poor, support is poor. Atleast 18 tickets pending from past 1 week and the same amount of tickets closed by providing a out of the context response and the best part no option to reopen or reply to those closed tickets. Save your time and save your energy and choose some other platform.

Lost money to them. Lost a few shipments as well, they couldn't find a reason to help, ghosted for weeks.

[July 2025] Please do not go with this app, There is 0 customer support if shipment are stuck or undelivered. We lost a lot of money as shipments were not being delivered. Their customer support team is very arrogant and provide misleading information.

Kindly Please dont use just cause the pricing is low at start their services were really good, now its the worst kindly go through instagram no of complaint reels against them before you use. My orders was delayed by 45 days with no delivery and worst customer support and even the key account manager.

Edit on 22 April 2026 :- I have rejoined them, it's been 3 months, Customer support is a lot better now, They have assigned me a KAM (Raksha) who helps a lot whenever I face any issue. Panel is much better now and easy to use. Regarding Weight discrepancies I still get few but they reverse it as per the volumetric waivers provided. 9 Nov 2009 :- One of the most pathetic courier partner, worst customer service (they will just trash talk to you, hung up your call for no reason and then you keep calling them back), they will say no Volumetric weight on selected couriers but still give weight discrepancies and charges extra according to Volumetric weight. I have more then 40 discrepancies which they won't clear and more than 12 tickets pending since a month. There panel is one of the worst panel, Even after the update all they did was changed the theme of panel all other problems are just same. You might get start working with them for there low rates but eventually they will charge you extra by giving weight discrepancies. If you receive wrong parcel in RTO they will give vague reasons to reject your claim.... Never use Shipmozo
