Great support team. They helped me very good and fixed and custom rule for my webshop.

Shopify normally arranges checkout options by price, with the lowest shipping option first. This is very problematic if you offer something like "Local Pickup - Free", as this will appear as the default option. Naturally, customers will select this option first and often without checking. You then have to deal with chasing them up for extra shipping costs, and dealing with their confusion and frustration. This app allows you to select which shipping option should appear first or last. All you need to do is type in exactly how the shipping option appears, e.g. "Local Pickup", and select "Rank Last" as the option. The local pickup option will then always appear last. AMAZING. THANK YOU so much for creating this simple solution to a problem that Shopify has been unwilling to fix for over a decade.

I received some excellent support from the Shipfy team on one of their other apps. They pointed in the direction of this app for the customisation I needed. It is a very simple little app and does what it needs to. It was up and running as I wanted in under 5 minutes.

We use this app to sort the delivery options. By default, Shopify shows the free option first (which in our case is local pickup) and most customers choose this without reading what it is. This required us to call the customers to ask if they really meant to have local pickup when they were located tens or hundres of kilometers away. With this app, that problem is solved. And the support is top notch!

Great app! Needed two rules configured to remove shipping options for a particular customer group based on tags and it worked exactly as I needed. Support was great, they helped me configure the two rules and it was up and running in less than 10 minutes.

Absolutely awesome! It's exactly what we needed. I've really struggled to try and integrate a wholesale side using the same store and the biggest issue was hiding free shipping options. THIS APP WILL DAMAGE YOUR SITE! DO NOT INSTALL. This app includes a known glitch that disrupts the field of view of you Shopify Admin. This can render many of your other apps unusable. This is a known glitch registered with Shopify. They app developers claimed this glitch has been resolved. They lied, it has not been resolved and my site is not damaged. AVOID!!!!!

We have to customize rules..not really automatize

This app has been a game changer for us, with our complex deliveries rules, Sid has made it all work without any need to compromise on our setup. Sid's response to resolving issues is outstanding and would highly recommend this app to anyone that wants a flexible shipping app with very little limitations.

Excellent application, solves a big drwaback of shopify's check out. You can re-arrange the shipping options and if combined with PayFy app, then it's all just perfect! Support is 10 stars, whatever problem occurs, they will definately solve it. And because people are more important than any application, we have to say that Chirag is one the best to work with! This app helps us to resolve the issue where Shopify was charging delivery rates per location, so the customer was being charged more than once if they ordered items from more than one location. This app allows you to set up rules to hide/show rates when needed depending on the collection/product. Sid has been really helpful when we've had some hiccups along the way and he was really helpful with the original set up.

What a magnificent app! It can help configure really specific rules to enhance a customers experience right through to shipping. It even helps manage expectations when a user has a PO box! While configuring it can be a little complicated, the support is exceptional!
