Very good service. Shriniket explained everything to me and helped me set it up. He took a lot of time and was very friendly and patient. I like to give 5 stars... would also give more. :-))

Awesome app. Incredibly easy UI, with all features i wanted, I searched for through many apps to find this app super affordable and with good support . Shriniket and his team is very helpful :)

This app is wonderful! Highly recommend to anyone looking to sell digital downloads. They offer great customer service as well! Win, win!

i needed some help setting up with my digital downloads. They are very responsive and helpful. So so so patient with the million questions I have asked. I hope they add more features for the DOWNLOADS & THANK YOU PAGES, as I find the format very boring =) I would also request that there would have provisions of a read only file and no print. I also hope the cost is lowered too. Anyhow, with the fast customer service response, I could say it is fair enough. Thank you.

App is super simple, easy to use. Great customer service. Great features and lots of storage space available.

Excited to try this app. Looks great and best price on the market. Very helpful support that anticipates your questions. They are coming out with new features and improvements too. Thank you

This app is very straight forward. For those who need a little assistance, the help is very quick and thorough. With all the unlimited space for downloads, the price is very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone needing to add digital downloads to their Shopify store.

It's a great app, the support specialists and personalization of my digital products helped me a lot, this app has it all.

This was very helpful with selling digital downloads. The company has great customer service and helped me customize all the form and email template so that it matches my brand.

Support this company! Great price and excellent solution. This was one of the best (and nicest) technical support processes that I have experienced. Something went wrong (on my side it seems) with my file delivery and I was able to jump on a call with the people behind this app within minutes and get it resolved. Really nice company with a great priced solution and well thought out workflow. Thank you!

I like that the app allows for more than one track to be added. Once you learn how to connect the dots for what should be uploaded it is very easy to navigate. I enjoy using the app and glad that it was a referral for a digital download products.

Top!

I have been using this app for a year and they have CONSTANT issues. Same issue over and over again. People purchase my digital item and then email me asking why they haven't received any email! I have all my emails set to automatically send my digital products. Its been that way since I downloaded this app. When I go look in the app under the orders they show "email not sent" so I click the "send email button" and it says " cannot send". Everytime I contact them they are offline and I usually don't hear from them for 2 days. So brutal. This is an issue that has caused me SO MUCH headache!! I have to manually email the files and respond to all the customers myself. Because this is not the first time they clearly cannot fix it. I am now looking for another app to do the job. The app can't deliver the digital items at random....... not sure what I am paying for. *** Update-24 hours and still no response from them about this ongoing issue.

Good work! Everything was done very well and easy to use!

Excellent support. Very responsive to feedback adding features very quickly. I am actually looking forward to making new feature requests.
