SchemaPlus has been a great addition to our store, but what's really stood out is the support — specifically Berker. He's been incredibly patient and thorough walking us through Local Business, Recipe, and Video schema setup, and quick to jump in and fix things whenever we hit a snag (a recipe upload that needed correcting, some video URLs that weren't quite right). He clearly knows the schema side of things well and takes the time to explain what's happening instead of just fixing it and moving on. Caused traffic to decrease, showed Google Console proof, contacted them no help but sent me a link to better understand Schema which i didnt need.

Great and quick response in chat sessions but zero on doing what was promised in those sessions. I was told my issue would be fixed "later today or tomorrow" but it never happened. After many days waiting I had to uninstall this app and get help from another source to correct my problem.

I had a really negative experience with this app that cost us money. They insisted they were compatible with Yotpo and had us delete our Yotpo schema, which was disastrous and hurt our product appearance in Google. Baris, presumably the creator, was rude and arrogant. I really regret installing this app and am paying for it - literally - with the fallout from using their schema to replace my old schema. If you're an established business, RUN!

I delete the application because i didnt know where to go for delete my subscribe plan, but i continue to pay since 2months, i dont know where to do for delete this. When i download the APP again, they ask me to pay now 14$ ....

Did the impossible and finally fixed all my schema issues. I didn't think it was so complicated but really struggled due to competing apps and leftover code in my theme. Within hours they cleaned up my code and I'm all green on Google rich snippet checker. Recommended!

The most comprehensive schema app on Shopify for sure. Easy auto install. After auto install contacted the support to let them know that some parts of our Schema was shown incorrectly. They've fixed it within 24 hours. Easiest 5/5 stars ever given

I want to rate 1000 stars, so easy to install and my only regret is that I should do it sooner. Ozzy is so helpful and hilarious! Fixed the issues I had and helped me with the sitemaps. This app you must have and is worth the service you get. You get Ozzy on live chat straight away and he will help you as you go along with the task if you're unsure what you're doing.
