Sale max ‑ Slide Cart Drawer

App is broken and customer service is non existent. There is a huge bug that destroys your cart and stops customers from going to checkout. They need to refresh page 2-3 times for the bug to go away. Which will lose you sales. Apparently customer support only respond if you leave a 1star review.

Sehr großes Sicherheitsproblem! Einmal hatte ich einen Ausfall und es ging der Warenkorbbutton nicht mehr. Bitte unbedingt jeden Tag überprüfen. Gemerkt habe ich es als plötzlich keine Käufe mehr reinkamen. In der App erscheinte plötzlich ein Virus und hat mich auf pornografischen Seiten verlinkt, ich habe die App sofort deinstalliert und am nächsten Tag erneut versucht mich einzuloggen. Vorsicht geboten!

Customer service not responsive. I had to write a positive review before I got any help.

Not sure how anyone who has left a review has contacted anyone with this app but after 3 emails, scheduling a demo and sitting waiting for someone for 15 minutes, I am very disappointed that there is absolutely no one working for this app. I sent multiple chat messages and they always said we're not available, send an email. If you are the developer, please contact me. Update 7.16.24 - I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars as the developer has been in contact and has made some great changes. This slide cart is perfect and am very thankful for all of their assistance in a great app!

This app does exactly what it describes, it is really a great help for my shop. The features that the app offers are widely sufficient for the functionalities I want to offer my customers. I am very happy with this app and would recommend it to everybody.

Creates automatic discounts without the Shop owners approval

The app is faulty and no support. When setting a discount of 10%, it automatically reduces it by 20%.

This app has actually been instrumental to us getting more sales.

La aplicación es mala. Después de un tiempo, apareció un cupón que no podía desinstalar y cuando entraba a la app decía que todo estaba "apagado". No hubo ayuda por parte de servicio a cliente, tuve que eliminar la app y no encuentro el descuento que se sigue aplicando.
