Rivyo ‑ Product Reviews App

Very good app for reviews, never had a problem with it, works perfectly and the assistance service is works very well.

Update: Had an issue with the app, but it was because we hadn't updated it in a while. Developer logged in, and fixed it for us! Great job! It was so easy to add to our Shopify store to have live reviews and questions integrated seamlessly on the Product page. Thanks so much for such a great extension!

I wanted to set up a code for reviews in my website and was hitting a snag and paresh (a manager) was really helpful it ddnt take even 5 minutes to get it done, keep up the good work paresh

They offered one on one support and ensured the review platform worked according to our website theme. In regards to Rivyo app this is our third store we're using with Rivyo and nothing to complain, it's working good and support offered is equally brilliant.

Can't edit reviews, can't upload photos. After contacting the support, the edit review button got removed. Don't waste your time on this app.

it let me add reviews for 3 products and then just stopped working, now I cannot import anything. I click submit review after filling in all the details and its just processes forever. Contacted support and got no help whatsoever
