We moved our loyalty program to Rivo, imported our customers' points and connected it with Klaviyo, and support was there whenever we had questions. Clean, flexible app that fits our brand well. Amazing App, amazing team and people behind it, very fast and quality support, i would highly recommend this to anyone looking for rewards for their customers to enjoy without it costing you money to reward your own clients, the free version is great for starting small business, and as you grow to hundreds of clients i would definitely getting the advanced versions of the app as it meets your clients needs.
I am using it very little time and my first impressions are that it seems to me a simple and great app. Indispensable to retain customers.
