Reviews Importify | Q & A

The app is great... but awful support... they never both to reply to customer queries... and when they do, they just fob you off with some poor response

Very difficult to set, paid for the last 3 months, not a single review has shown in my store.no support system. No user manual. Just waste of money & time Nature4uhome.com

Difficult to use

I have installed this app to all my 3 shopify shops, as I now have ~4000 cusomer reviews for my exclusive products in my marketplace stores at etsy and all amazon domains. My reviews are now visible to my shopify products as well. This app is really helpfull if you want to import reviews from any marketplace. The procedure is simple, the app is fully and easy customizable for language, fonts, colors etc Vishal, who developed this app, is a trully polite and proffesional partner with real technical knowledge. He is also very quick in his responses and actions. Vishal thank you for such a good app! www.emmanuela.gr www.emmanuela-schmuck.de www.emmanuela.jewelry

I been using Reviews Importify for a few months now and it is great! I needed an affordable product review app for my website and this one looks good and works great. I contacted support for help with setting up and other customizations here and there. They took care of me and were very professional and patient. Thank you!

I've been selling on Etsy for 8 years. Transfer reviews was very easy, awesome customer service, very fast responding and helped me to solve any issue or question I had. Highly recommend to anyone.

The latest update to this App (March 2020) is worth doing. It's easier to use and has a lot more functionality. The support for this app is excellent! Vishal was very helpful and quick to reply. I wanted our Amazon reviews to appear on our home page...I tried to get it done myself at first, but got stuck. Vishal took over as a Collaborator on our site and got it working. Thanks Vishal! And the app settings allow a lot of filtering so you can control how reviews appear on your Shopify site.

Works flawlessly! And the tech team is willing to make any change you want. Really recommend this app. Happy customer

This is a very useful app with a lot of cool features and options. I am not a programmer and I had questions for the integration, but Vishal was very helpful and covered all issues promptly and successfully. It is very good value-for-money app.

The app does exactly what it is supposed to but the jewel in the crown is the support I received from Vishal. Quick, professional assistance to help us tweak the UX. 5 Stars all the way!!

Nice app. Pretty good support. Helps display my reviews and syncs well with Google. Syncs reviews to my website from Amazon as well which is helpful

This app allows you to have your reputation from Amazon on your website. It shows your customers they they can trust you and your products. Great product. Also, the customer service from Vishal was top of the line. We requested things to improve the app and in less than 12 hours they changes were made on multiple occasions.

So far the app is working well and as described. Vishal offers amazing customer service. Highly recommended.

What an amazing app! So easy to install with Vishal's help. He responded promptly with images and clear instructions. I was so excited to see all my Amazon reviews synched with my Shopify store with excellent display. I set this up a few hours before sending traffic to my shop so perfectly timed.

The app is great, we have the option of how to show reviews, and in what order. You can do the sync but also import custom, depending on what you want, so we like that flexibility. I have to also commend Vishal - he's been wonderful and always quickly responsive to anything we needed. I'm terrible with code, so it's a relief to have someone both knowledgeable and quick to help. I've asked him a lot of questions, and I've always had my questions answered in a prompt fashion. So yeah I really recommend this app, it takes the pain of downloading a csv file and reorganizing things, and you have a great developer who is always willing to help. Definitely worth it.

I downloaded this app as a way to upload my Etsy reviews onto my Shopify store. It was easy to use. When I had a question, Vishal was so quick to answer and not only provided me with a step by step tutorial, but actually offered to do it for me. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

The App is great and the support from Vishal is AWESOME Super fast to install and get up and running. I reached out to Vishal for some advice as the format was not quite what I was after and he just logged in and tweaked things for me Really impressed with the level of service and love how I can bring through all my Amazon reviews instantly Great job thanks, Vishal!

This app is great. Exactly what we are looking for. It's user-friendly, has the features needed, and the support team is very helpful.

Installed this app on my store. Very helpful app. Highly recommended to scale up orders. The developer also helped us in customization.
