CedCommerce Reverb Integration

The app is quite helpful.! Through the app you can easily send your Shopify products to Reverb Marketplace. Recommends the application for sure.!

This app has no customer service. The support for this app is not worth the price. It has constant bugs for payment, item management and has no real clear instructions for setting up. Our SKUs have lost their original SKU and the replaced with something the app felt would be better and pushed that Reverb. Had a ticket open that was ignored for two weeks and trying to contact their live support is irritating as they go AFK whenever they feel like. Edit: Support reached out to resolve the issue and did it with some gusto. The support special worked quickly after diagnosing the issue. Hopefully in the future they continue to practice urgency when resolving tickets. Another Edit: The app broke again and there was no warning. Still being charged but the app has not been available.

App works great. When I had an issue with importing the products I contacted them and the problem was solved within a day.

DO NOT USE!!! I never got true support on installing this app it to our store. Having a cost for an an app that does not seem to work is outrageous. It never connected to our reverb store and there was absolutely no support to fix the issue. I feel as if I was charged for a computer written message to say "We're looking into your issue" and then nothing would ever happen. This is truly a terribly written app, and I am curious if it actually works for anyone.

No customer support & hard to use/setup. DO NOT RECOMMEND, waste of time and money

Very difficult to set up. We reached out to the company for help. While some things were fixed it was just not worth the time to deal with the bugs this program has. Also, the time difference for the help was difficult due to being overseas.

This app is working fairly seamlessly for our Reverb integration. The team have been very helpful!

We had some issues with the initial setup - this was however rectified effectively by the very attentive support team. Great communication and commitment to offering a product that works! Thanks for the continued support.

I reached out with questions several times and attempted to set-up on my own. No one ever returned calls, emails or kept any of the scheduled appointments.

Installation and setup would not complete. No response to support requests over a period of weeks. Horrible service.

Highly Recommend this app. The service is top notch. Very fast in replying to any of your needs. Works awesome & very easy to use. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

It does not work properly. It is difficult to use and there are no instructions. Customer service and support is none existent - they just fob you off, closing your support ticket without making any attempt to help whatsoever. What an absolute waste of money this app was. Avoid this app and its developers like the plague - they do not deserve to be in business (I suspect they won't be for very long). It is shameful that Shopify allow this app to be sold on their marketplace.
