This app is really exciting! The ability to segment your customers based on lifetime purchasing history and behavior is really useful. Additionally you not only have top level segments (ex. brand lover or Ex-lover) but you also have sub-segments that you can change and prioritize. This apps data is helping us segment and target via Klaviyo emails to re-engage purchases. Try it out!

Reveal has completely helped us get a full scope of who our customers are and provide us accurate data in order to pull an analysis of where we are falling short with our customers and areas we can improve. It has a highly intuitive and easy to use interface, providing your operation with critical marketing optimization tactics like RFM and NPS, which go hand in hand with more advanced techniques such as A/B Testing (at ALL levels) and granular segmentation/ personalization features which seriously lift the yield of your online channel in the short term. It integrates easily with your website, particularly if you are working in a Shopify environment, but it is open to be applicable in any other website development environment. Most importantly, the onboarding support leaded by Costin Floricel is top of the line, making sure your adoption cycle run smoothly. Great documentation as well. I have compared them with all other similar tools out there, and this one really hits the mark for completeness, stability and support (strategic AND technical). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We've added the Reveal app to our store and already have an onboarding call with their team. At first glance, the UI may seem complicated and confusing, but when discussed, it becomes clear why - the platform gives so many options for analyzing your existing data and get insights to your customers and a lot of ways to work with it! Teodor was very helpful and clear on guiding through the platform during the call. Also, what was significantly outstanding is that the Reveal team analyzed our customers buying behavior before our call. And based on their extensive experience, they offered us a new perspective on communicating with our customers and shared many useful insights for our business. Reveal is a must-have for any ecommerce store seeking success. In just one day, we've learned invaluable information about customers that will allow us to more effectively and efficiently choose who we market to, how we market to them, and which we can expect to provide the most value for our brand. The service is beyond exceptional and Teodor explained the app's functionality as pertaining to our site in a clear, concise manner which was tailored to our specific clientele.

I am new to the app but Reveal appears to aggregate a wealth of useful data to better understand your customer lifetime value and segment your customers from least to most loyal. This should allow you to double-down on efforts to find new customers who match your most loyal ones and to fix holes in your customer experience to improve retention. The founders of Omniconvert have a wealth of experience and insight, as well as a suite of products that appear to work together to improve messaging and customer experience from a data-driven perspective.

We just installed this app and on-boarding process is simply awesome. Reveal team including founder of Omniconvert is personally involved in post installation process. Oh my gosh - Reveal is our first official introduction to understanding customer segmentation in regards to customer retention. And they were SO helpful during the product call to understand their very detailed dashboard. Reveal offers so many different reports and charts to break down customer value and customer behavior. As we start to build our remarketing strategy Reveal's tools will be so useful for making sure we're sending the right messages to the right customers.

Loved this App, the kind of insights that you can derive through RFM, Cohort Analysis are amazing. We used to do it on an excel sheet and used to take us easily a day every month to do a similar analysis. Must install if you want to really see customer stickiness, analyse your customer behaviour and LTV.
