Easy to use & very good support team

We've had a really positive experience with ReturnZap. The app has streamlined our returns and exchanges process immensely, making everything much easier to manage for both us and our customers. The support team has also been excellent, responding quickly to any questions or issues and always being helpful in finding solutions. It's made a significant difference to how efficiently we handle returns, and we'd happily recommend it to other Shopify merchants.

I'd steer clear of this one. I do about 1000 returns a month and this app has caused nothing but problems for the 2 months since installation. It's buggy, there are constant issues, and the suggested workarounds for the product's shortcomings are amateurish and do not scale. The worst part - the app's own AI and help docs are often wrong, and the support staff has also provided incorrect guidance which has impacted my business in a material way. I thought I had found a more reasonably alternative to the loop/redo/narvar class of products but "you get what you pay for" prevails again.

Support from the co-owners is very good. Helped on multiple occasions with fast response times. I now use this for my US and UK fulfilment centres.

I downloaded more than 10 apps before finding ReturnZap. Even most established apps with a fancy UI cannot do basic things like customize the return flow based on product attributes or customer id or let you add multiple warehouses. ReturnZap can. Plus it's easy to get support and customize it. Highly recommended.

David has been amazing with the set up of the system. I needed a lot of help and he was extremely responsive and set it up exactly as I asked. I look forward to seeing how my customers enjoy using the platform.

Good software. Has all the features we were looking for to give our customers automated returns with built in rules. The customer service has been exceptional. They’re always responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues.

I Love ReturnZap! The process to set up was not bad at all since the owner David was very quick to respond to any questions I had. A wonderful app to have for your small business to make returns more seamless and professional looking!

Highly recommend. This return app is very easy to use and has eliminated points where human error can occur. They have been very helpful with the set up when we needed help and making sure we understand what is going on and why. We are an online clothing store on Shopify, have tried three different return apps and hands down this one is the best. Again, we highly recommend.

Great experience so far, we have quite a tricky return process but the support team were beyond helpful to make the return flow for our customers a much better experience.

I recently switched my brand (West Major) over from Rich Returns (which I was on for 4-5 years) to Return Zap. So far I love it. We had some problems getting it set up (I'm not the most technical guy), they were quick to jump on a zoom call, and work super closely with us to get it rocking. Unlike Rich Returns, the team at Return Zap just seems like they want to help you, work with you, and for you to succeed. The pricing is better than Rich Returns (and the other return apps) and the customer service is 100x better. These other apps just nickel and dime you, and way over charge in my opinion for features smaller brands like ours need. I'm kind of shocked how few reviews they have, so adding mine here to hopefully help the other brands out there :)
