This app is an absolute game changer and offers an incredible number of analysis with just few clicks. Before installing RetentionX in our shop, we had to calculate all relevant KPIs manually and with much effort. Nadine and her team are always super helpful and try to meet every request. I can highly recommend RetentionX.
This app is fantastic. The segmentation feature allows for customizable data exploration and the charts/UI are straightforward and simple which enables data exploration to be iterative and draw very strong conclusions.

This tool is incredibly helpful in understanding customer purchasing behavior to make data-driven decisions as they apply to customer retention and acquisition strategies. The RetentionX team has also been a great resource, making helpful recommendations for optimizing the use of the app and also being very responsive to feedback and questions.
I installed the Retention X last month on our webshop. We can draw so many interesting data from the app. It is def a game changer for e-commerce shops. Everybody who has an online shop and growth ambitions should have this!!!!

Das beste Analytics-Tool am Markt für datengetriebene StartUps. Wir arbeiten mit einem Subscription-Modell und der CLV ist für uns essentiell wichtig. Die smarten Forecasts machen uns die Steuerung CLV vs. CACs viel einfacher. Auf dem Dashboard haben wir die Unit Economics auf Tagesbasis im Griff. Mega!
Amazing app - definitely the best retention platform I have worked with. There are so many insights into your customer database, product performance and RFM groups, that can help your business make informed decisions. The app is easy to use and graphs are easy to understand. The support is also outstanding, their team has been helping us find all sorts of information about our customers and develop innovative solutions if we're looking for some particular insights. Would highly recommend it.

We use this app to track things like AOV, LTV, consumer mix and repeat probability. Highly recommend this app for companies like ours that don't have expensive teck stacks and need great, responsive customer service to help translate what they are looking at.

The level of in-person support these guys provide is astounding. Not videos, not self-serve FAQs, but a real person. Allie was super helpful!
