We use ResoourceHub across two of our stores and have found it excellent for categorising and linking manuals, compliance documents and quick-start guides to our products. The import tool was especially valuable, making it easy to tidy up product titles and descriptions in bulk. The Library page is a real bonus, helping us keep resources organised and accessible. Support has also been excellent throughout.

An amazing document library to use for any shop! Now I can upload files via api with claude and in bulk from my own developed apps which is even cooler! Would totaly recommend mostly for product manuals and technical documents!

A great app for us so far. We looked at a few options that would allow us to manage and present technical documents to our partners and this does exactly that. Simple to set up and configure and a super responsive support team that are committed to making a great app. We had a few very minor issues with our setup, but these were taken care of immediately and operation has been reliable ever since. Highly recommend trying this if you're looking a document management and distribution solution.

We recently switched from a custom-built app we were using to manage our online library of technical documents to the ResourceHub app, and the process was incredibly easy. The app is very user-friendly and works seamlessly with Shopify. We were signed up and uploading documents within minutes. What has really impressed us is the customer support. We reached out via chat to ask about a feature that wasn’t available yet, which was totally fine. Just a couple of days later, the team followed up to let us know they had added the feature to the app. That level of responsiveness is rare and much very much appreciated!

This is a pretty amazing app for stores that need to manage or showcase documents, certifications, manuals, etc. I love that there is a dedicated library of documents directly on our website, rather than having it hosted on theirs. I do wish there were a few more settings to allow for customization of the resources page, but for being free, I am not going to underrate it.

The app is very easy to use and very robust. I did run into a technical issue but I was able to get support through their chat within minutes and even ended up speaking with the app developer who showed me the upcoming enhancements they are working on.

We needed an easy way for our customers to search our website for the large amount of custom logo mat projects we've done. ResourceHub does everything we need and more, from the initial set up of the library to serving as a searchable document repo. Diego is very responsive and promptly addresses any issue we have with their app, from technical issues to UX concerns. We couldn't be happier.

I tried the app, and I am very pleased with it. The support is good, and I appreciated that they personally reached out to me to help me get everything set up. The import feature is a great way to load multiple pdfs and documents at once. The app does a pretty good job at generating an image for the document, so that it displays well on the live site. The organizes all the documents in a user-friendly format.

Good service and helped our needs for several things such as storing our manuals for all of our products! Definitely a good investment
