Rep AI: AI Agent & Live Chat

We've been using REP AI for a while now, and the results have honestly exceeded our expectations. Since installing it, we've seen a steady increase in sales, with REP AI generating around $500 a day on its own, which is pretty amazing. But what really surprised us was the impact on customer support. We're getting significantly fewer support tickets, customers are getting answers faster, and our overall website conversion rate has increased by tens of percent. Rep AI does all the heavy lifting for me, engages with customers, deals with customers, indulges with customers etc. while I am able to put my focus on other matters of the business such as that nitty gritty task of SEO!

I have tried most of the chat system for Shopify and this one is the winner. Not only is the price right, but this one works right and has the best support team behind it. After some time learning about our products, "Glowy" has been giving great advice, answering questions and giving out super product recommendations to our customers 24 hours a day!

We love RepAI. We tried a few other AI bots before we settled on RepAI and we settled on Rep for a few different reasons (pricing, ease of use, and mainly the helpful fullness of the team). We had talks with a few other of the "popular" guys (one starts with a Z *wink wink*), and they wanted us to commit to a year long contract without a free trial (what?!). The team at Rep has been super helpful from Adam on the sales team, Yoav the CEO jumping in and helping when we had some trouble setting up an A/B test, to Dafi who is our Client Success Manager that I meet with frequently who is constantly helping us with new ways to optimize our account. Like Rep claims, it pays for itself and should be a no brainer if you are looking for an AI chatbot to add to your stack!

Great app for answering basic customer questions when the folks who work at our small business are, understandably, asleep. They're always adding new features and we're excited to try some of the action flows that will facilitate things like cancellation or address changing for our customers! EDIT Back a year later to say these folks are still awesome, especially when it comes to fine tuning the model during high-impact moments like BFCM. Shout out to Dafi for help with that!!

The tool works reliably and supports our customer communication effectively. Support has recently been responsive and solution-oriented. Our individual requirements were also taken into account. Overall, a good addition to our online shop.

I wanted to love it but when I go in and look at the chat records, it seems like most people are leaving them feeling kind of annoyed and frustrated. It's very much what you would expect from talking to AI... Lots of confident-sounding answers that often don't actually address the question the customer is asking and lead to circular conversations. Sometimes it's great and fully on point but the thing you can't measure that worried me is all the people who were turned off by the experience. As I think we all know by now, AI is alluring to us as business owners but the public seems to have some pretty strong negative feelings about it and it's a bit of a tightrope. For this reason I'm pulling the plug for now.
