The support for this app is exceptional; they will help you every step of the way to set up your store, and in case of any change, they will listen to what you need and make it happen in no time. A must-use app.
Been using this app for a month now, very good app, with great support.
The only scalable app with bulk selection features! We tried many apps to add shoppable videos to our store, but none of them worked for us because we have a very large number of product variants. Most other apps have strict limits, but Reelio is very scalable and handles our large catalog perfectly. A huge advantage is the workflow: while in every other app we had to manually select products one by one, Reelio allows us to bulk select products in a single click based on tags. This feature alone saved us hours of work. On top of that, the customer support is amazing. Unlike other apps that have slow support, the Reelio team is fast and actually provides solutions—even for problems unique to our business. Highly recommended!
We're just setting up our store and wanted to add UGC/Instagram content of our customers to display on our store. The customer support was really prompt and helpful and helped us quickly set things up. Highly recommend!
Seriously the most helpful and responsive dev team i've ever worked with. And the app is exceptional. Well-worth the annual price for us. We've also received compliments on how beautiful the videos look on our site! They truly go above and beyond. Thanks, team Reelio!
