Not had a chance to test the app fully as only just installed - but the customer support has been absolutely brilliant! All working and looking good.

I wanted an app that would allow me to add multiple cross sell/upsell sections to my site. This app is amazing and just what I've been looking for. The AI is great with the recommendations but I'm still able to set manual recommendations as well. This is really a powerful app with so many built in features. The pricing structure is totally reasonable unlike many other similar apps. The support has been TOP NOTCH! I really can't say enough. I highly recommend this app!

I Love this app, it displays my products so nicely, shows the analytics and the revenue it creates and is worth every penny. Great support too!

So far, so good! I had some minor issues with the currency showing as USD on my end, but it was just a cache issue. Also, I received prompt help adjusting the CSS to match my site's design. Outstanding customer service, would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this app! It functions great and is very well priced. I only needed a few minor changes. I had an absolutely horrible experience with Glood the app and Glood the company. 1. Poorly designed merchant user interface. 2. Limited design control of the FBT bundle widget. 3. Does not support bundle-level discounts. 4. Atrocious customer service and support. I do not recommend this app.

The support is not great. They were rather rude. The app is very elementary and did not give me the results I needed. I was hoping it would use AI to recommend products based on images or product data, ie, recommend something similar in looks or description. But it relies on other data such as click thru and add to cart, which for me is not useful.

I had my first meeting with Harshul on April 3.Today is the 23rd of April and emails have went back and forth with no conclusion to the launch of the app on my website.I always dread dealing with apps from India,as they are never completely honest & upfront about deadlines.GLOOD is no different,they promise and promise,but you will wait for an eternity.There are more reliable and honest app developers on Shopify in this space.

Great app, easy to use and even if you struggle Harshul is so responsive that you can have any alterations completed within a few hours! Great service and a very clean app that helps generate a reasonable level of revenue considering the price!

Would highly recommend this app! One of the best apps that will allow you to manually assign product recommendations per product. Looks great on any theme and the app developers were extremely helpful and quick to respond to my questions.
