This is the best option out there to have high chargeback win rates without doing a thing. Redo has won more chargebacks than we were able to do in-house, but now we don't have to spend the time to do it. Redo for the win yet again!
This was a no-brainer choice from the beginning and has proved itself again and again. The team and Redo is the best of the best, and this Reclaim is a product of that. It has done what I can't do, for less than I could do it for.

I've fought over 10 chargebacks and I think I have a 30-40% success rate even though all the evidence I provided showed that the customer was in the wrong.
