RealtimeStack : Live Analytics

Love this app! It came highly recommended by another store owner. Lots of great actionable data to work with which is otherwise not available or not easy to find.

with the free plan, I get basic insights which are def an upgrade from not being able to see any traffic insights at all. I use the app veryyyy frequently. super helpful

Hello, it is a nice app, that could be improved a lot, for example I suggest to add realtime allerts when someone adds something to the cart, or if there is a returning visitor, etc... also I would improve the avatars maybe they can have a little flag with their country, or how much they have in the cart without opening the detail panel. thank you

This application does not show the number of visitors in real time. In fact, in a day, it reports half the number of visitors compared to the number of users given by Shopify or Google Analytics. In the moment when I write this rewiew, Shopify says I have 7 visitors (live view) and the app says I have none

Using the free version for now to test it out and even with the limited function it's a great app. I've been trying to find an app that shows abandoned cart activity and everything seems to come up a little short. The design for this one is very clean and easy to read, by far my favorite. The one thing that would make it a 5* app for me would be if it showed the customer name when viewing carts.

Ive just installed this and loving the app and especially the 3d view. I would say one thing as a new shopify store owner, i dont get a huge amount of people to my shop. It would be great to receive a notification when someone is in my shop so i can actually use the 3d view. At present im staring at an empty shop hoping to see someone come in a look around. Then i work on something else in my mac, come back and someone has been in and out and ive missed it. Just a ding would be great for us new shop owners, so we can quickly pop over and see what they are looking at. I see something similar was mentioned in 2023 and got this response, but nothing has changed, such a shame as this could really excel this app. Realtimestack replied January 6, 2023 "Thank you for your review and for the nice and constructive suggestions! Lovely. Very useful App

Very useful tool for seeing more detail of people online than what Shopify does. Would love it if the app pinging a notification on your phone when someone enters your store or be configurable for example that someone has entered products into their cart or started check out - this is something I believe alot of people on Shopify would like but there is no tool to do it. Receiving notifications as emails isn't what people want.

APP NOT WORKING PROPERLY

This app has the potential to be one of THE must have apps. Hopefully it is a work in progress as with a few tweaks it could be truly spectacular. Great support after a few teething problems.

Really great app to check visitors and try and keep eye on some robot activity. Many are trying to add large sums to carts. Weed out the bad visitors. Great to see how customers are responding to site. Thank You

Hello I'm new here and I just wanted to say I love the app so far !! this is very well thought out and pretty in-depth and inclusive of just about everything you need to properly measure what's going on on your website including bots, and the IP filter is awesome !! I haven't noticed though is there a way to look on the free plan at the actual length of time that each customer is spending on the site ?? I may upgrade eventually but I just tried to eliminate that expense with another analytics company that wasn't so great... I like the guy I guess who created it who gives the instructional video.. he seems like a very awesome and very intelligent man . I hope he reads this message if it goes to someone else please share it with him !!... this guy seems like he really has his head together and knows what a business owner needs... I'm assuming he must be a business owner / e-commerce business owner himself because he certainly knew what bases to cover with this app and this is an extremely intelligent set up, and I'm very excited to be using it and so absolutely happy to see such a well thought out and intelligent app from a person who obviously knows what they're doing for a change !!! great job !!! completely great job on this !!! Awesone so far !!
