Honestly great analytics system. They've done a really great job. However, I cant give 5 stars It loses 1 star because there is no way to export reports And 1 star due to the lack of custom automated email reports We'll update our rating as these get added.

Great app backed by an outstanding team. Our contact person George is always friendly, fast and efficient. Questions get answered quickly and issues are solved without hassle. We like Reaktion overall and the platform has a lot of potential, but there are some frustrating limitations that significantly affect our day-to-day use. The reporting interface is quite restrictive when working with larger amounts of data, and the custom reporting lacks flexibility for more complex setups. We have also encountered cases where suggested workarounds simply do not achieve what we need, including when working with data across different advertising channels. What is most frustrating is that we have raised several of these limitations and feature requests directly with the team, but some remain unresolved months later, with limited communication around whether or when they will be addressed. Reaktion is a useful platform, but for larger ecommerce businesses the current reporting limitations can become a real bottleneck. We hope these issues are prioritized, as addressing them would make a significant difference to the product.
Reaktion is such a fantastic tool! It gives us unique insights into our digital campaigns across different media platforms, and the dashboard makes it super easy to get a clear overview of all the data. We have now been using Reaktion for 4 months and this is just what we have waited for. As a +10m dollar ecommerce, we need to know what marketing channels and assets works, but have not been able to untill we started with Reaktion. I really like the way reaktion shows us click rate, ROAS and seen-through% for each of our content, so we can make more of the content that works. And then we use the blended roas a lot to decide which channels should have more budget and which shouldnt.
As a startup the $75 fee looks expensive and scary. But the support you get on setting everything up, and to learn and understand the ad results so much better makes this a NO-BRAINER to get! Not only does it allow me to get a daily overview of all my ad sources, it also enables me to list the actual conversion metrics back into the adsmanagers. It's a game changer to actually see how the performance is and be able to take action directly in meta. Don't hesitate to reach out to them, I've gotten excellent help that aids my revenue and profits!

Great tool! It gives you better tracking than a "standard" setup, but most important for us - it has great dashboards and a nice overview based on all data you have. It makes it easier to analyze and take good choices!
