Great app. Already making more money from it. Sometimes our customers just need to speak with someone over the phone, and the live chat doesn't cut it. Love it!

This app makes so much sense. It's like a constant lead magnet and just keeps funnelling hot leads directly to my store. Would recommend to any store to use.

This app works great and looks good. We customized it just how we liked it easily. If there was something we had questions about, the customer support was very quick to respond and assist. I am glad that I have found this and their recent new features are nice as well. I highly recommend the Raven Call Back app.

We use this app to schedule callback for media inquiries. It's great to because we get alerted as soon as someone requests a contact back, and we can dial that person with one tap through the Raven Callback email or messenger alert.

This app has the potential to increase my sales exponentially. Ahmad is very knowledgeable about Shopify and e-commerce for higher-priced goods, both of which I found refreshing. Didn’t know what to expect when installing this app, but WOW! This is a game changer for us. We reached out for a custom button embed, and Ahmad embedded the button on our cart page. We wanted to reduce abandoned checkouts. We’ve already gotten several callback requests from the cart page (we know this because Raven tracks the page where the request comes from) and so it’s already helping us prevent abandons. This is an amazing app, it ensures we get sales and support. I love the notification stating that a Callback Request has been successful and money is in the bank. Has most of the functionality needed, but really limited styling makes this app less useful than it could have been

Love Raven. So simple but so effective. I get the call back requests straight to my FB Messenger and my whole team also gets the email alerts. I know which product they were looking at when they made their request and it makes it really easy for us to understand what the customers needs are. Best of all, it's increasing our sales.

We tried to contact the engineer several times because the Botton is not on the right place and we need a customization. But nobody answered. So the result is be deinstall the app and say goodby.
