Subtitle
AI chat that answers shoppers and tracks orders for you
Introduction
Answer shopper questions and track orders with AI chat. No limits on how many replies it sends
Details
RagChat adds an AI support agent to your storefront that answers shopper questions from your products, collections, and pages, so replies are accurate, not generic. It recommends products with rich cards, shares discount codes, and captures names and emails as leads. When a shopper needs a person, take over from a shared human-and-AI inbox, and offline questions continue by email. Set your bot's name and tone in minutes, connect your own tools over MCP so the AI can act in your other systems.
