It integrates many channels and functions, such as social media, online, email, telephone, email, whatsapp, etc. On the one hand, we do data analysis and user operations in a unified manner. 玩独立站这么多年，偶然发现竟然还有中文的关于邮件营销和实时对话的APP，里面的功能感觉还很好用，特别是邮件功能，将我的邮箱和这个软件绑定以后，客户发的邮件我随时都可以回复，不用专门登陆邮箱回复，而且还能和客户实时对话；机器人功能齐全，基本包含了电商使用的基本操作，不用实时在线，也能回复客户的基本问题，设置比较简单，比英文的APP好用多了，同事积累了很多客户邮箱后，也可以进行邮件营销，挽回客户，总的来说，很推荐中国卖家使用 PS：有个小小的建议，bot机器人支持拖拉拽生成流程，确实很友好，但是如果能支持自动翻译成对应的语言就好了

We've been testing and using this software for about one week, and finally it is set up and put into use. Currently we just use the chat&comment and robot features, and there are some pros and cons about this application. Pros: 1. It has some basic flows that help us build our own, which are really helpful and intuitive. 2. The response from the support team is very prompt, and they correct and update in an impresive speed. 3. We could clearly see the statistics for the using of the flows and further optimize them. Cons: The robot is still unstable like sometimes some parts of the flows would repeat automatically. But it was solved by the support team. Needs more tests and updates. Overall, we are satisfied with it and hope it could become more user-friendly and functional. In the future, we would try other features to make full use of this software and see how it goes.

Quickcep is really super easy and I fell in love with it after trying it for the first time. Their templates are rich and easy to use, I hope they can help my store to increase sales quickly. Up!

It is very convenient to integrate shopify, and I installed it after the steps. I didn't hold out much hope for the new product, but I didn't expect it to be so powerful. QuickCEP integrates multiple different chat channels into one page. When chatting with customers from different channels, there is no need to constantly switch pages. And customers who visit the independent website can communicate with us directly. QuickCEP's bot will guide customers to leave their email addresses and some basic information, and I can do email marketing based on this information. The most important point is that QuickCEP can automatically label customers to divide groups, realize customer behavior analysis, and gain insight into customers to help me accurately carry out business activities.

It helps me communicate with customers, the robot process is practical and easy to set up, looking forward to its fully developed other functions.

The app functions as advertised and the chat bubble integrates well with different locales. However, the performance impact is significant. After implementing the app, our CWV and Lighthouse scores dropped from the 90s to the 60s, which is a major concern for our site's performance and UX. While the app works, the performance hit makes it impractical for us to continue using it. Improvements in this area would make it much more viable. EDIT 1: Despite assurances from Clio that "If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. Our technical team would be happy to communicate with you directly," my request to connect with the tech team was never fulfilled. Unfortunately this promise seems to have been a bluff, as my emails are now going unanswered. For anyone reading this review: you don't have to take my word for the performance drop. Simply open Chrome in incognito mode (to avoid interference from other extensions), go to Dev Tools, and run a Lighthouse mobile test. Then install the QuickCEP app and repeat the steps. See the performance drop. If you don't care about Google's important ranking factors like page speed, or users potentially closing the browser due to long loading times, then feel free to install this app. I will update my review if I receive help or a solution from the tech team, who are currently unresponsive.
