MyWorks QuickBooksDesktop Sync

Finally something that actually works and makes sense! Customer service... A+ Streamlining data entry to save our office time... A+ All around a game changer for us!!

This app works perfectly in QB Desktop. Set-up easy and if you do have a question, the support is fabulous. I was also happy how refunds transfer over into QB Desktop as well, and the payment types, for each reconciliation.

If you are wanting to sync your products and inventory between quick books desktop and shopify I highly recommend this app. The best part is the customer service team and how quick they are to reply/help. Thanks to Brenda C., David A., and Peggy A. for all your help.

After too much time spent with another app, I signed up for the free trial of MyWorks Sync. I cannot say enough good things about this app! The support team is outstanding!! Responses are incredibly quick and to the point. A great advantage for a non-techy like myself. After just 1 day, I upgraded my plan as I have nothing but high expectations for this app.

We originally used MyWorks to sync with Quickbooks when we were on WooCommerce. When we initially switched to Shopify, MyWorks was not yet on that platform so I used another integration product. I am so happy that Shopify is now available for Shopify. I love that it utilizes the Quickbooks Web Connector. This seems to accelerate the download speed. Also the MyWorks mappings and settings all reside within Shopify which simplifies the mapping process. The MyWorks support team is top notch and helped me navigate a few set up challenges. MyWorks is a huge time saver for our business. Thank You!

This is a pretty powerful tool to integrate Shopify with QuickBooks. There is a learning curve, but the tech support staff is very helpful (and apparently endlessly patient).

I switched to MyWorks from another similar but more expensive provider. The fact that this option integrates into my Shopify dashboard and I can control the frequency of the auto-sync is great. The MyWorks team was very patient and helpful in setting up the software and mapping between the two programs. So far so good!

MyWorks integrates my Shopify orders into QuickBooks. Everything runs great and if any issues do arise their support team is responsive and gets the issue solved. Highly recommend!

MyWorks is great - being able to sync data from Shopify to Quickbooks and vice versa is fast and simple. Being able to customize how that data is synced over is even better. The support team behind this app is awesome too - they're always there to help with any question and resolve issues very quickly.

We initially ran into a workflow bottleneck regarding how the app handled unmapped items. Because we use inventory assemblies and operate in a fast-paced environment with different team members handling different parts of the syncing process, manual mapping was causing delays. However, the MyWorks team listened to our feedback and understood our specific use case. They provided us with access to a dynamic SKU-matching feature that automatically syncs unmapped products as long as the Shopify SKU matches the QuickBooks Item ID. This completely resolved our issue, eliminated the bottleneck, and is saving us hours of manual work. The app itself is incredibly robust, and their support team is responsive, engaged, and willing to work through complex business requirements to find real solutions. Highly recommend this for any business needing a reliable QuickBooks integration.

Useful app for syncing inventory and order information between Shopify and QuickBooks Desktop. Settings are straightforward and simple. I was particularly satisfied with the support I received when we ran into an inventory syncing issue. David, Peter, and the rest of the support team worked tirelessly, maintaining clear communication and demonstrating deep knowledge of the systems, until the issue was resolved. 10 out of 10, all the stars, would recommend.

This sync has been very reliable with almost zero hiccups. I've used several sync systems in the past and this one has been most reliable, by far.

The app has resolved several issues we were having with syncing between QuickBooks Desktop and Shopify when it came to inventory, taxes, multiple location inventory, variable products and more. There were some initial issues with the app and QB desktop via the QB WebConnector that's needed, but the excellent support team resolved our issues and things are running smoothly now. It's hard to tell if QB is the problem or if MyWorks is the problem when there is a syncing delay or glitch, but I would say most issue are resolved within minutes instead of days which is what we encountered with our previous syncing app. It was a leap of faith to implement this app at first as there was not much information initially online for QB desktop and MyWorks but again the support team has been very helpful and if there was an issue they worked with their tech team to make something for us. Overall MyWorks has resolved our biggest syncing headaches, allowed us to keep our accounting where we wanted it in QB, is continuously improving their platform for the better and making running my business more efficient. Thank you!

The app works like it is supposed to syncing QB Desktop Professional with Shopify. Support has been super helpful and quick when needed.

Finally! We've been able to connect our orders from Shopify through to our Quickbooks. This product has been monumental in streamlining our processes (and saving my CFO's time!). We had a few hiccups at the beginning at implementation, but the customer service walked us through some troubleshooting and it was quickly resolved. Highly recommend adding this app into your toolbelt!

I recommend MyWorks, it’s working great for us with no issues. The sync we used before was a source of great frustration at times. This app lets us sync individual order info and inventory levels. Setup was surprisingly straightforward, and when I needed help their support team was quick to respond.

Such a breath of fresh air! We've tried other QuickBooks Desktop sync apps for Shopify and they don't even come close to this one. It's so nice to be able to manage this app/connection in our Shopify admin instead of going to another dashboard - and it's SO straightforward to use. It syncs our orders exactly the way we need to, keeps our inventory and pricing up to date, and was really easy to set up and map our existing products together. At the end of setup, we were like wait, that's it? It's about time that we found a sync with QuickBooks Desktop that actually does what we need! And, the support team was super responsive and helpful as we were starting to sync.
