syncX: Easy SKU & Barcode Scan

This app is not compatible with the barcode scanner purchased from the shopify hardware store! The Socket Mobile 1D barcode scanner! Why have a shopify app not compatible with the shopify hardware they push you to buy you would think everything would be streamlined!

Great App thus far. Wish it did more than just update stock. Would be nice if you could create a CVS file of the inventory you scan each day or if it would put a date and time for each session.

This is an awesome app that is easy to use. I would have given it a 5 star if it would have listed the quantity that I input for barcodes not found when I downloaded the session. This would allow me to update or import the "not found" barcodes that I zapped with my scanner and have the quantity available. Now I have to physically go recount those items. As long as you have the correct barcodes already set up in shopify, this app is amazing!

Unfortunately, the support always takes several days to respond. It almost seems they wait until the free trial runs out. Their general support doesn't really know the app and their app specific support hasn't responded for more than 2 weeks now. Very disappointing as the app seems OK and would cover most of our needs.

This is the only app that allows us to quickly update our stock through our mobile devices with an integrated barcode scanner, while keeping a history of all the transactions ; the price is also fairly honest. We had a critical bug on the app that made it impossible to use, and the support was kinda hard to reach, but eventually they got in touch and fixed the bug ; all in all we're satisfied with this app.

Great connection problems with their server. Unfortunately because it is a usefull tool for any business

5-star when it's working. It allows me to transfer inventory from warehouse to physical stores & vice versa by scanning. The default shopify transfer is very slow if we are doing restock for many sku. However, the 522 error is getting more common and often, which means I'm unable to work.

Constantly disconnects so we mistakenly don't remove inventory. That throws our inventory off. We have to reboot the app and try various things to make it work

excellent app, I asked for an implementation to be able to view the img of the products and it was done in just 3 days. fantastic

Quick Scan improves and speeds up the process of stocktaking and delivery processes! 10/10 would recommend to use this app!

a little basic to be considered a charged item. however it is what it is, shopify should look into having this as a basic requirement for each store for FREE.

This app has helped us save so much time scanning all our items into our store. It was so easy to set up and install, it took less the 2 mins to get it all up and running. If you are looking for a great app to help scan in items and keep track of inventory then we highly recommend this app.

EDIT- Interface still horrible, now the app hasn't worked for days and the developers aren't responding New interface is horrible, older one was far better but they dismiss it at the end of february. I'm searching for a new inventory app

This is a really easy app, they say less is more. If you are looking to take charge of your inventory, and have your store keep track of it. I recommend this app. It's simple and does the job.
