Show Québec legal warranty periods in French and English
Introduction
Show Québec’s legal warranty of good working order on product pages, in French and English.
Details
From 5 October 2026, Québec’s Consumer Protection Act gives new appliances, TVs, computers, tablets, phones and game consoles a legal warranty of 3 to 6 years, and merchants must show its duration where the product is advertised. This app finds the covered products in your catalog for you, leaves out accessories and used items, and shows the warranty on product, collection and search pages, with the official French notice one click away.
