Sam is helping me work through a deposit payout that keeps getting a error message. it is an unusual in that there are over 300 transactions associated with the payout. I am confident he will find a solution

Edit 10/14: This app does work well, when it works. But they have a habit of updating it without fully testing it, then having no way to roll it back. For two months now transactions sync with QBO but the deposit amount doesn't equal the actuall deposit amount so the deposit isn't available to "match". This quit middle of August and it hasn't been resolved. I am constantly told it's a high priority but nothing changes. While the app recognizes the deposits, it doesn't record the sales tax. Why would an accounting company make an app that doesn't record sales tax on the transactions.

Quickbooks is unmatched in customer support and integrations with other commerce apps like shopify. David and all of the customer service team gets the job done every time!

So far a big improvement on QB desktop! It does have allot going on and can seem complicated. Staff have been very helpful though, including Je, and always quick to reply.

Did our first sync over the weekend and had a few errors. This morning Rominick from Onesaas online support walk me through each error and fixed it easily. Now all my invoices are syncing flawlessly! Thank you to Onesaas and the support team at Onesaas which has been very professional, fast and easy to work with. This app saved us time and money, more small business owners should know about it. Update 2025- Just updated to the new updated QB Online Global connector app. Since Shopify was not supporting the old Saas app. Francis walked me through the integration process easily and we got both stores syncing in no time. Update-Oct 2026 had to update to new BtoB and Kate walked me though each step to bulk migrate all customers. She was very patient and explained everything very well. Great customer service.

Had an awesome experience with my representative, Rom, who helped me get my QBO set up today. He was super patient, very knowledgeable, and was responsive to all my questions (as QBO is new for me!). Thanks Rom!
