Great app for uour reviews developed by a strong development team and brand that already have built top-noth apps for Shopify. Great functionality to receive verified and honest reviews from customer through an email-response system, that ads the high level of accountability and transparency for the user and hence the store. Use it for 4 of my online stores, happy with the solution as well as the support. Strong recommendation.

Excellent app, maybe the best one for reviews. I like all apps developed by Simprosys because I trust them for my google marketing and also because of their outstanding customer support. I had to switch from Stamped.io because of the higher cost maybe 10X more than what other apps require and due to their poor support. Absolutely the best app for reviews, got all the functions I needed reviews, rich snippets, Q&As, feed for google shopping, out standing support thank you for being very patient with me and my too many requests all were addressed and answered professionally I won't regret switching from stamped because it is over priced and very poor support. After some issues, support helped me out and were very understanding. Very good reviews app.

I had hope for this app when my last review app which I've used for years started getting glitchy. I can live with errors and getting help here and there, but during the 15-day trial, the entire dashboard and all my reviews disappeared and was replaced by an odd Proviews Q&A that looked like a backend interface. Their support did request for access to fix the problem at the end of the day but after 15 days, this will become a paid monthly app and for an error this big, it was hard to be confident in committing to this app for years to come. I don't really want to keep checking on an app to see if its working fine.

I love this app and their other apps. Has been a blessing and if i ever need help they are there to help me. Also help when i have issues with any code that is there, they will help. Love that we are finally receiving reviews.

So far so good. Issues fixed quickly, communication very good. App is quite big, but quite easy to navigate around, having questions and answered for your products is a good tool. Thanks Milan for sorting my issues.
