Promer AI Ads: Meta Ads & UGC

Great customer services , Paitence to solve my issue. Thank you Ricky.

I really like this app, it has so many features. The team is helpful and the results of creating ads are so good. I'm on the free plan now, but I'm going to upgrade to the paid plan, there are so many useful resources. Well done guys. Keep it up!

Sto cominciando a provare questa app, sembra ottima. Il servizio clienti è davvero pronto e preciso. Vediamo come va, credo bene :)

So convenient and easy to use! Love this app! It helps me create ad banners super fast. Just pick a style, customize, and done. The quality is really good, and I can use the designs right away without editing anything. Huge time-saver and perfect for busy store owners.

Great app for anyone to use for creating posts and ads! Intuitive and user friendly. Thanks Julie and Ricky for introducing me to the app, you are both amazing.

Quick service! Thank you Julie for the guidance provided and quick turnround to resolve my problem. :)

great customer service, seems a useful tool for marketing. looking forward to when you can amend text manually :)

This app earns a 5/5 rating from me despite one current limitation. The customer service is outstanding—they are incredibly responsive and proactive in resolving issues. The app is also highly intuitive and effective, producing excellent results with minimal effort. While I was hoping to use it for 19:6 Shopify banners, which isn't available yet, the company immediately offered a refund and promised to notify me when the feature launches. Their excellent service and the app's overall performance make it a great choice.

This app is really great, and the support team is amazing as well! They immediately scheduled an online call with me, listened to my feedback about what features I was missing, and even promised a quick implementation of those functions. That’s fantastic and I’m really looking forward to seeing the updates.

I had a demo on Creative with Ricky on to create ads with products, he demonstrates the ads creation, and then I created an ad with products from my store. It was easy to create ads with Ricky assistance. He is knowledgeable, patient, respectful. I will use Creative studio to create more ads for my products, the creation is friendly use. Germaine

I ran into a slight issue with ad generation, I reached out to Promer support and quickly received a response from Julie, who in turn forwarded the issue to Ricky. The issue was fixed in a timely manner. Very pleased with their quick responses and how they focus on immediately resolving issues that come about. I highly recommend this app.

Ricky at Promer AI Ads Creative Creator was extremely helpful in guiding me through the setup process and providing a clear demo of how to use the app. His assistance made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Highly appreciate his support! Can't wait to get started!

Its a wonderful app, i just got the meeting with Ricky, he helped me to explore all the features and we tried all. I will definitely recommend to others. love this App. Thanks

Cant even generate anything...goodluck with this garbage

This app is great! I did run into some issues when generating my first ad. The AI magic kept misspelling words. I contacted customer support and WOW they were the best I have ever had using Shopify apps. I dealt with both Ricky and Julie. They revised my creative to be exactly what I wanted. Not only did they fix the misspelled words, but they adjusted positioning and font colors for me. They worked hard to get it just right. I felt like I had a team behind me helping me make my ads perfect. I would absolutely recommend the app. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

nur englische Werbetexte das ändern auf Deutsch ist extrem mühsam

This app is amazing, it saves a lot of time. I really enjoy using it.

Even mee aan het experimenteren . Maar ziet er veel belovend uit voor een nieuwe app op Spotify . Support is ook heel erg behulpzaam. Vier sterren is omdat ik nog heel veel van de app moet leren ontdekken ..

I had a very positive experience, and he had a lot of knowledge. It gave me a lot of ideas for my store. I liked the app and it will make advertising my products much easier.
