Profitario ‑ Profit Analytics

We’ve been using Profitario for almost three years, and it’s the best profit tracker we’ve tried. I’m honestly surprised it only has 63 reviews. We used two other major profit-tracking apps before, and both were either missing features we needed or charging extra for them. We’ve connected eight stores over that time, although six have been inactive since last year. It’s still the most affordable option we’ve used. The new UI is a definite improvement. It took me a day or two to get used to it, but the graphs make the income and expense breakdowns easy to understand and I really appreciate is being able to set price changes from a specific date and time (some of the other apps miss or are behind an upgrade). Support has been great too. They seem to be a small team, but whenever we’ve needed help, they’ve replied once they’re online. It’s probably the Shopify app I check most often because we rely on it for daily profit tracking. The integrations are easy to set up and cover almost every ad platform and service we use. We’ve occasionally needed to refresh a connection, but the app lets us know when a token needs updating. We haven’t had any major connection issues. Overall, it’s fast, reliable, and gives us the detailed breakdowns we need without making everything complicated. After nearly three years, we’re still happy with it. (I guess recently updated their pricing, but still a great overall option for small-mid size sellers)

This app gives me a clear understanding of every penny I spend and earn so I can see a clear picture of my profit and loss and it is simple to use unlike other accounting software, its a nice easy way to keep track of everything!! Love this app!!

A great snapshot of essential financial metrics. A must-have to keep your eye on financial performance. Some issues on syncing Facebook to pull marketing cost but the rest seems to work brilliantly.

I've tested most of the profit tracking software on shopify and this is the best i've found by far! Keep up the good work!

I really love this App as it is a clean and easy to use and understand dashboard of all my orders. I tried a few others before but they were no where as good as Profitario.

You don't get a warning or anything like that when you exceed the usage fee. So I spent almost 100€ for 1 month just on Profitario, what a disgrace.

Pros: Beautiful layout Cons: 1)BUG: After manually editing a product cost, it returns to the original price. 2)Do not allow you to fully manually edit some data. 3) Inexistent support. I text on message, nobody ever there. Required email contact, nobody ever answered.
