It is easy to install and to use, I say this because I have zero knowledge when it comes to dealing HTML. They make it very easy. I have had my store for a couple of years and I have had no problems at all. Very happy with their service! And their response to any of my questions are so quick and to the point.

Not only does the app work incredibly, but the customer support was very efficient and helpful. I couldn't get the right codes installed in my theme to show the reviews on the collections pages and home page, and I literally emailed them, and BOOM! Done. Highly recommend.

Customer service was amazing, very prompt and helpful and helped me fix issues quickly. I would suggest making the app more user friendly though with clearer instructions for the lay person to figure out on their own.

I added Stamped.io to my shopify account and I'm extremely happy with it. I wanted an app to automatically send emails to my customers asking for reviews. I can choose how long after fulfilment the email is sent and it is so easy to customise for your store. There is so much functionaloty that I havent explored yet. I have asked a couple of questions since adding the app and their customer support team is amazing. They were so quick to respond and so pleasant. I would highly recommend, it has really helped my small business.
